Tried reading this book. Looked forward to the release date. Could not make it past 70 pages. So disappointing.
Awesome. Insider’s view of some White House activities. Plus great discussion of virus attacks
It was a really good read as scary and close to the truth I hope besides enjoying people understand what is needed by the citizens of the USA.
Very good book. Well written. it was interesting to learn a bit about the life of a president.
It in a wonderful read—I read it in 2 days & that never happens. I couldn’t pull it down.
The plot of saving the world from an outside office not being detected by the media is a bit unrealistic. But for a thriller very okay, The mixture (Clinton with inside facts and Patterson with action & cliffhangers is an excellent package. A steamy modern page-turner with indirect critique of the running president by the end.
Another great book by James Patterson
Good read–plot fades towards end of book.
As always James Patterson is fantastic, a good touch with the co-author of former President Bill Clinton, I believe a lot of the story line came from input from him. I love reading James Patterson, if you like him then no more needs to be said about this book.
Really enjoyed this book. I hated to come to the end, wanted more.
The story was good. I saw Clinton’s influence in all the presidential details and Patterson’s in the unpredictability of the characters and the plot.
The epilogue was absolutely unnecessary and made me wish I had listened to my many book loving friends who were not going to read it because of Bill Clinton’s involvement. It was definitely Clinton’s last ditch effort to push his and Hillary’s agenda on their way out and I was very disappointed that James Patterson would use one of his books to do that. I’m glad I borrowed it from my library and didn’t add to the sales of the book.
I could hardly put this book down.
President Clinton and James Patterson make good collaborators. Timely plot themes make fiction seem like it could be reality. I hope they do another together.
Great book a
Must read informative
A really interesting book but could have skipped the political dogma at end.
Disappointment!
Predictable.
Plot and characters indistinguishable.
Glad it was a library book rather than a purchased hardcover or Kindle edition.
I’m spoiled by his PRIVATE series co-authored by actual writers
Well worth the time to read. Very positive about the protection provided by the Secret Service.
Good book, with the authenticity of the action a real highlight.
Really learned more of how the secret Service operates. Well written, great read
Amazing what can happen when Bill Clinton and James Patterson collude to create a political thriller! I admit I enjoyed the idealism that shines through; very refreshing…
