On one level it is you’re a typical tough guy kicks bad guys butts. However this one adds much more character development to the series. Particularly the girlfriend. Recommend This book to anyone who likes tough guys.
too boring ,
Clinton was able to give insider insights to the white house operations. But couldn’t resist proselytizing his political views of the office.
Typical James Patterson. Short chapters and not much else.
A current good read about potential internet of things disaster. Done well. Will make you think and wonder just how safe we really are!
great book. Interesting story of potential threat to USA. Never thought of this type of “attack” Must read for all!
Kept me reading for hours. A glimpse into the power of the president and all the real issues that are faced everyday. Very scary to imagine what could happen with one technological hack. Good story.
Way too heavy on the politics. First James Patterson book that I did not finish.
Fantastic book and an absolute page-turner!James Patterson Bill Clinton The President Is Missing
Never expected Clinton to co-write a book like this. but along with Patterson, the book was great and it kept me entertained.
It took too long to get to the main story line. I got bored with it
I liked this book; there was lots of insider information on the workings of the White House. The crisis the president was dealing with was frightening and the way he dealt with it was interesting. I read the book in four days and it was almost 500 pages long. I normally read a book in about 2 weeks.
This is a typical potboiler Paterson story with Clinton speeches & sound bites for ballast. I didn’t think it worth the time & effort, let alone the money.
While setting up the characters in the beginning of the book it was tough going. I kept waiting for something to happen, something to move the pace of the story. At page 162(I think) I closed the book in frustration feeling that I might have to give up on it which I don’t like to do. The next night I decided to give it another chapter and I’m really glad I did. With the turn of the page the story took off and I couldn’t put it down! Stick with it, you won’t be disappointed, you’ll find yourself holding your breath, its that suspenseful.
The scary thing about this book was that it could happen any day!!
Easily the best book I’ve read all year!
How close are we to this scenario?
I’m reading this now
Love that story! You can almost imagine it could happen! Very informative& educational. Lots of suspense. Page turner.
This is a very action packed book. I enjoyed the story and the characters were complex and interesting. I would highly recommend this book.
