I really liked this book. Have successfully incorporated a bunch of the ideas in my daily life.
We spend over 20 percentof our day on autopilot because our brain is so good at energy-saving once we have a routine. I enjoyed this book. I have come to realize that everything we do, does in fact matter in our lives. People normally don’t change over night. We become the things we do consistently over time. We are responsible for who we are.
