Fletcher and Thistle have such amazing chemistry physically but their jobs and the travel for them put them at odds for a sustainable relationship. Misunderstandings and miscommunication between them creates more havoc. Fortunately there is something worth fighting for and even their fights are productive. A great read and a wonderful conclusion to a series that is hard to forget.
This is book number 4 in the Oak Creek series about the Crawford brothers. This story I would consider to be a small town romance/ second chance romance. Thistle and Fletcher were high school sweethearts and they both had there lives planned out until everything changed. Fletcher and Thistle seem to run into each other when they least expect it and you can definitely tell that these two have some unfinished business to attend to and the chemistry between these two is still there. The banter that two have is great and sparks do fly when these two are together. Will these two get the second chance that they deserve?? Read this book to find out what happens with Fletcher and Thistle.

Plunge is a second chance romance with great storyline and well developed characters.
Thistle and Fletcher were high school sweethearts. She got pregnant and keep this secret. Unfortunately she miscarried.
They left town and meet years later. She secretly married him and left again. He thought she is gone again.

Thistle and Fletcher were high school sweethearts but they have both spread their wings and work where their jobs take them. While she is a corporate CPA and he is a sports media owner and also a playboy. They both return home and run into each other but she tries to keep the distance from this well known playboy. Can she avoid her growing feelings for him and is he just looking for another quick hookup?
I didn’t care for Fletcher and his playboy ways.
That’s a hard no.
I thought Thistle was more complex and brittle.
They are back in town at the same time and history is repeating itself.
AMAZING!
This was another well crafted story that blends in perfectly with the rest of this series. Exciting with endless intrigue and amazing edgy chemistry. I enjoyed this read and would absolutely recommend it to others.
Another winner for her Oak creek series
Thistle, an international corporate CPA, goes back to her hometown to take care of her mother and runs into Fletcher, owner of an international sports media production company, who was her high school boyfriend. As the story progresses things get complicated, history repeats itself, and breaking old patterns will be the key to their future. Lainey Davis’ Plunge is another winner for her Oak creek series. Learning about Fetcher and Thistle while catching up with the other couples is a great ride through the small town.
