PS. From Rascal, the dog: “Why is the dog vs. cat debate even a thing? Dogs love their hoomans more than anything. Cats barely tolerate their peeple, and they like to play scratchy-bleedy games. No, thank you!”
PPS. From Morty, the cat: “I won’t even touch on that dumb dog’s atrocious spelling. Cats are obviously more intelligent and have more discerning tastes than dogs. Silly old dogs will love anyone unconditionally, but you have to earn a cat’s love. Cats rule and dogs drool… literally.”
PPPS. From Honey, the bunny: “While you two were fighting (like typical cats and dogs), the bunnies hopped away with the ‘Best Pet Ever’ trophy.”

Goofy Newfies
A truly adorable short story on Newfie’s!
As Lily deals with the death of her husband, her life tumbled into turmoil. As she meets Rascal who who turns her life around and introduces her to the life of loving Newfoundlands! Absolutely enchanting!!
Itty Bitty Kitties
The Newfies lives are about to get more complicated with the addition of Van’s Cousin Julia comes to stay.
Start it all off with an abrupt unscheduled meeting with Rascal to a Serendipitous meeting between Morty and Pretty Kitty and you have a disaster siting to explode!
It is Murphy’s Law all over again but the hilarious events are too cute to miss!
Funny Bunnies
Those lovable Newfies are at it again and this time Rascal has turned to Bunny Napping. When current Mayoral Candidates find themselves face to face at the Newfies home in search of their treasured bunnies the fun is sure to begin!
These Three No else are so full of fun energy I just couldn’t but them down! A truly gifted author who brings out the ingenuity of both the characters and their pest, a Delightful Read!
I love that the stories are mainly about the relationships with the pets. The romance is there somewhat, but friendship and companionship and connecting to other people who also love critters was the part I liked the most.
wonderfully funny scenes. Great characters and story lines. A good read
I loved this book! The animals were fantastic, ok, so were the people. I laughed out loud, it was great.
Really enjoyed this book
I enjoy any stories that include big, funny dogs that act out in entertaining ways.
I thoroughly enjoyed these books.
Really cute series. An enjoyable read!
Loved these books animal lover must read !
Loved it! It kept me laughing all the way through!
Cute set of sweet romances, all hanging to do with pets
All of the books in this collection are sweet/ clean. And an added bonus for pet lovers, they each have some of the cutest little pets! Newfoundland puppies, adorable kittens, and sweet little bunnies.
I read Funny Bunnies first, here is my previously posted review of that book:
*This book was a breath of fresh air. I will HAVE to look up the rest of the series! The drama isn’t unbelievable, the characters act like adults! They work through their differences and fall in love. It is great! The animals are fun too. Sweet and fun, a very enjoyable read.

An entertaining collection of several sweet romances with a small town feel while adding the humorous love of animals as they help the journey of finding true love. The stories are fun and humourous with a wide variety of animals, drama, and interesting fun characters. I voluntarily read and reviewed this ARC.
I just loved all three stories.
Goofy Newfies
I just loved this story and all the puppies involved.
Lily and Donovan are very interesting characters and it’s very good to read about how their relationship improves over time, but the puppies simply steal the scene and are the main characters of this book, especially Rascal, which I simply loved!!!
This is a very easy and fun reading, always leaving us with a smile as we read about the adventures of these goofy newfies.
Itty Bitty Kitties
I confess I’m not much of a cat fan, but I love the story of “Itty Bitty Kitties”. The new characters, Julia and Derek, contributed to another great storytelling. Julia is struggling to cope with her pregnancy alone, but when she meets Derek, under not-so-good circumstances, she has a prospect of perhaps having a family. And Julia’s cat, P.K., is very funny, with her characteristic cat behavior, getting “upset” about the change and everything.
I laughed a lot with the scene of the Christmas tree and the kitties.
This is another great story, which always leaves us with a smile on our faces.
I highly recommend the reading.
Funny Bunnies
This is a quick and very fun read, especially with the characters from the other books in this series.
Hope Montgomery and Michael Snow are running for who will be the next mayor of Nestlebrook Cove, and both are focused on the upcoming elections.
But when Hope arrives home one day and discovers that her bunny Honey has disappeared, she walks through the city and ends up at Van and Lilly’s house, where she meets their adorable dogs and cats. And when Michael also shows up there to rescue his bunny, Sonny, things get interesting and surprising.
I loved the story and to see again the characters from the previous books, especially the dogs and cats.
I highly recommend the reading.
This was really great set of sweet stories. Very well written with great characters and fuzzy feelings. I really enjoyed it and I would recommend it to others.

Four and a half stars. This is a wonderfully sweet collection of stories about people and their pets. All the stories have a good amount of humor in them. The first story about the “Newfies” is the introduction to the town. Itty Bitty Kitties is the funniest of the three. Funny Bunnies is sillier that the others and much farther away from reality. This is a good clean “romance” if you want to go so far as to call it a romance. The characters are as close to real personalities as you’re going to get in this kind of book. This is a great way to spend an afternoon relaxing.

The Pet Set Trilogy is a three-book release from the Pet Set series. The stories in this series do need to be read in the order of release.
Goofy Newfies: Lily is an author whose husband has recently been killed in a car accident. Then the journal article she wrote for herself, accidently got put in the wrong folder on her computer, her editor published it, and it went viral. Now, she’s a social-media, modern-day Cruella DeVille. She didn’t expect to meet the vet tech, Van, from next door. The cute vet tech… but she had to return the puppy that wiggled it’s way under the fence and in her kitty door.
Itty Bitty Kitties: Remember Van? Well, his cousin Julia has found herself in the family way, but the family isn’t supporting her. Van has invited her to come visit while she sorts it all out. Then Lily’s house burns down, and Derek is the fireman assigned to investigate after the fire is put out. While there may not be any more sparks at the house, there are definitely sparks between Derek and Julia. Too bad she’s seeing green anytime Lily needs to speak to Derek.
Not to worry, everything works out. That’s my favorite thing about romance, or books in general. Life is fair in books. Not so much in real life, right. In the end, I close the book with a smile and a wish to return.
I loved both of these stories. I loved that the second story was a continuation and built upon the relationships begun in the first, not that each just held the other’s characters as secondary players. There is a real sense of community in that building together. I hope there will be more in this series. What other fun pets will come? Llama Drama? A Horse, of Course?
Funny Bunnies: is the third book in the Pet Set trilogy. While I agree that it could probably stand alone, it makes even more sense if you know that players (especially the furry ones) from the first two books.
I read the first two books in audio format a few months ago and hoped there would be more. Wish granted! This time with funny bunnies.
Cute, short, and sassy, this has all of the ear-marks – or should I say long-ear-marks – of a Hallmark romantic comedy.
Note: While I received the trilogy as a gifted ARC via Booksprout, my opinions are my own and are given freely.

I’ve read a lot of books written by Ann Omasta; she has done a great job at writing a good collection of books; she is one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of books her books.
The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.

This is a cute, fun, entertaining trilogy about adorable dogs, cats, bunnies and some humans too. All three stories are filled with witty banter, drama, sweetness, romance fun animal antics and great endings. I loved that as I read the stories they flowed nicely and tied together. Ann Omasta’s writing is descriptive and left me feeling like I knew the characters and Nestlebrook Cove.
This boxset was amazing has strong and well developed characters that were engaging enough to keep me interested. The storylines had an easy flow to them I quite enjoyed myself.

All the books are wonderful, but I’m going to focus on book 1. I thought this was going to be cheesy, but going into book one I related to Lilith. Ann Omasta hit the nail on the head with her description of apathetic feelings with loss and with how my Newfie and I were together.
