Four boys rule the halls of Coleridge: Cole, Lukas, Tanner, and Blake. Two months ago they harassed my twin brother until he took his own life. Now I’ll make them pay—no matter what it costs me.I’m going to take my brother’s place at the academy, and get revenge on them. I’ve been studying these boys for months. I know just exactly who and what they are—and how to destroy them. I’ll do whatever … I’ll do whatever it takes, even if I destroy myself in the process.
Even if it means hurting the wrong people.
But what if I got the details wrong?
What if I don’t know anything at all?
I’ve lost my brother, and I might lose more to this revenge. Even my heart. Even my soul.
Justice is a messy thing in the hands of a girl with nothing left to lose…

I only have one thing to say about this book………wth did i just read? Im in a state of shock from reading this book! It literally blew my mind. It was so blindingly brilliant i couldnt put it down. Crammed full of Secrets, Lies and Backstabbing. So Good! I wish i could give this book more than 5 stars. Now im in limbo until the next book comes out. God i hope its soon because im dying to find out what happens next
This is so far, my favorite rh bully read. And this is saying a lot because…I honestly don’t even like any of the characters. With that said, most characters aren’t the usual cut-outs either. For one, they are real. They are so fucking real it hurts. Their emotions and reactions are raw and substantial.
Let’s talk about the heroine as an example. What most authors fail to bring up is how the act of vengeance affects the executor’s side, which is mostly the heroine. But Brenna embodies revenge throughout the story and eventually it caught up to her. How the hatred festered inside her to the point that her conscience no longer works enough. How she deems it ok to walk all over people and their lives, which then makes it pretty valid for the reader to think so too. How she hated the guy so much that she eventually turned out just like them. After all, what’s a few compromised moral values when it’s the bullied and victimized heroine, right?
Yeah, no. Because lbr, hate and revenge and bullying – they are all truly an endless cycle.
I admit, even if I claim to hate stupid characters from bully reads, I still find myself going through them again, again and all over again. It’s the petty af and vengeful af side of me. What I’m trying to point out here, though, is that I find this read refreshing. In a way that it seems like a good nudge to reality.
Fortunately for the heroine and us readers, she’s not completely irredeemable. After all, the first step to improvement is acknowledging one’s own faults. Owning them, admitting them.
I guess, I’m more than interested how the heroine pans out in the next installment.
There is also something compelling with the actual story writing and story itself. I don’t blame how most rh bully looks the same when it comes to the structure because all of them is based on one thing: the revenge plot. However, I do recommend how this one just seems more distinct to me. Again, in my opinion.
As for the heroes, they are not the worst out there. Not exactly a stellar recommendation but I think I would like to get to know them more…esp without the taint of blind hatred from the heroine’s pov lol
An interesting plot that has some possible triggers for some people as we are dealing with bullying. The scene is described very well, and the characters have depth to them. It’s the start of a new series and so everything doesn’t get answered or resolved in this first book. There is plenty of drama and suspense in this story that leaves me interested in reading the next book in the series.

What did I just read? I am stunned, shocked and seriously cannot wait for the next book comes out. Lucy Auburn does an amazing job with this story. There are so many elements that take place and gut wrenching. You have mystery, bullying a little kiss here and there, also tragedy. Brennan Wilder aka Brenna Cooke is on a mission to get the truth. She is determined to take down who is responsible for her brothers death. This book goes on a wild ride, at one point I couldn’t tell if she was the bully or the one being bullied. So much is revealed with twist and turns that you had to keep reading. Some parts were gripping, heart pounding and sad. You cannot help but feel the emotions that come off the page as you read. This book will keep you guessing and in your toes. It is a definite must read. I need more and to know what is going to happen next!

Once I started this book I really could not put down until the end. She is determined to get back at the boys that messed with her brother and believes they are the reason hes dead. Of course sometimes things really are not what they seem. The ending completely left me desperately needing more to find out whats going to happen next!
This is a must read book. I fell in love with this book after the first few chapters. I’m blown away and can’t wait for the next book to come out.

Received this copy for honest reviewThis is my first read from this author and I have to say it will not be my last .I can’t wait for the second installment. I gave it 4 and a half stars because it should have been edited a little more but the story in itself and the characters were amazing this is a reverse Harem high school bully Romance but it’s not typical most of the stories in this gener are basically the same storyline. the pawn is different from what I’ve read before in other bully romance novels the storyline the plot and wow the cliffhanger you have got to read this you won’t be disappointed

This is my first book from this author, I enjoyed it and cant wait to see what else this author has. The story is creative and engaging. The characters are well developed and made the story seem real. This story had me turning pages to see what would happen next. I didn’t regret picking up thos book and neither will you. I highly recommend this book.
This first book left me in awe. So much emotions, wrongdoings and situations that had me questioning the characters all the time. For Brenna revenge was showing different faces and she was feeling excited planning and executing. But sometimes things are not as believed, and plans go adrift. Brianna was so in deep that I could not imagine the outcome of her situation and the end of this first book gave a big twist to the story. I’m so intrigued with this character so impulsive, intense and with her mind set on a revenge that was leading her by a deadly road. Liked this story that I had no idea was going next and left me expecting the next book eagerly.
