This was one of my favorite books reading growing up as a young teen. I feel like this book delivers a very strong and powerful message. The author also did a phenomenal job at making up the characters. I think every kid should read this book before they become an adult.
This is the book that started my love of reading! I remember reading it in 6th grade over and over and over again. As soon as I finished it, I’d start it again. I saw the movie and fell in love with the story. And then reading it made it even better. This is a great book for high school kids to read.

I first read this book in middle school (when my oldest sister was assigned it for school). It continues to be timeless. I reread it once a year and everytime I find something new to relate to. I love S. E. Hintin, I recommend her books to everyone.
