Book 1 in the Bad Decisions trilogy
Kylie Stafford has spent her whole life doing exactly what’s expected. The right major, the right sorority, the right guys, just like her mother and her sister before her. But when everything falls apart for her, Kylie wonders if doing everything right has been utterly wrong. There’s only one way to find out.
She decides to try making all the wrong choices for … wrong choices for three months. Hit on a tattoo-covered rock musician? Check. Go back to his dressing room for a hot hook-up against the wall? Gulp. Drop everything to be a roadie for him to binge on more of the best sex of her life? Maybe. Start falling for him despite her better judgment? Um….yeah. Figure out why doing everything that seems wrong feels so darn right?

An interesting read. It is exciting, dramatic, emotional and so much more. Trying to figure out what she wants out of life. What is happening isn’t always what should be. No my usual genre but I enjoyed it. I voluntarily review this for booksprout.
Kylie is at her wits end when her live as she knows it goes totally wrong. Cam is the lead singer in a band, and the chemistry between these two in intense. This is a well written story which is humorous, steamy, and filled with witty banter. I look forward to reading more from this talented author, whose work I recommend.
Cam and Kylie’s story was pure enjoyment and so much fun to read. For Kylie, what does a girl do when she loses an internship and her boyfriend in the same day? Sneak on the bus with your favorite band singer and become the band goodie girl. With all the fun and emotions in their story, it is a quick read and is one for all ages that love reading fun stories with some sexy romance. **I was gifted “The Opposite of Right” via Booksprout and leave my review voluntarily based on my reading** 4.25 Stars!
Book one in the Bad Decisions series a story that once I started reading I was not putting down. Kylie and Cam are two people trying to figure out what they want in their life and how to go about getting it. Maybe they are not so bad together after all. I liked reading how these two get their happy ending. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
First of all, I love the dedication at the beginning of the book. I wanna be Kylie when I grow up. She took a bunch of chances on doing the “wrong” things, and they all worked out in her favor, mainly because she was finally not doing what was expected of her. She and Cam are so perfect for each other. I was worried for a while, but they figured it all out, and it’s a very happy ending. First read from this author – looking forward to more.

Sweet and sexy rock star romance
I enjoyed reading this book very much. The story is very romantic and sweet. There are twists and unsaid truths. Instant connection and chemistry that is almost palpable. Sexy and hot scenes. Hero and heroine that cannot keep their hands off of each other. Great banter between those two and other characters in the book. I fell in love with the main characters and I hope to see them more in the other parts of this series.
Rockstar romance at its finest
These book really make my heart sing (literally!!). The author does a great job with the story and makes it very real. It combines your rocker, who has been burned by a girl in the past + a girl who has been devastated by change of plans + a band that has had tough times and it gives you an amazing read that will pluck every string of your heart. It drags you in and doesn’t let you go. I can’t wait to read the next book! The characters are very relatable and the quirkiness is spot on as well. Truly, well done by this author!!
So you pretty much get it with the name. Kylie follows the rules and does everything right, just maybe not her way but she follows so here she is thinking she is doing everything right when everything falls apart. Her boyfriend dumps her and she gets a job with a hot rock band and decides she is going to live for herself. Of course everything can’t go smoothly since Cam the hot lead singer is attracted to her and the band is oh so not happy since his last relationship almost caused the ending of the band, so what to do what to do. Even though Kylie decides she is not going to do everything wrong, she is essentially a good girl and can’t turn that off..It was a cute book.

Good Stuff: Immediate Sense Of “Feel” Good!!
The main female character took on an interesting premise from which to operate and this is the basis of the story, just as the title states. The romance was lovely to see, as the two main male and main female character’s evolved. As soon as I started reading this book, there was just a certain good “feel” that I felt. As a result, I just zoomed through (no speeding tickets, thank goodness!) this story in one fell swoop. Good Stuff!

If nothing works well, why not make bad decisions?
This is a good story, well written but which starts on a negative note. Kylie finished college and lost her internship at the Smithsonian, and her boyfriend broke up with her. Noticing that when she does everything she is asked to do, she only fails, she decides to make bad choices that she would never have made before: it could not be worse and she will have fun. This is how she kisses a man who turns out to be the singer of her favorite band, Cam. The opportunity is presented to Kylie, to leave with the group to replace the seller of goodies.
Kylie is in search of herself and she engages in a journey during the tour, managing both her attraction to Cam and what she really wants.
The characters are good, the story is hot while remaining cute.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book
I was given The Opposite of Right: Bad Decisions Book #1 by Christi Barth as an Advanced Readers Copy (ARC) from Give Me Book Promotions. For a new Bad Decisions Book The Other Side of Wrong: Bad Decisions Book #3 coming out on March 5, 2019 I voluntarily read and reviewed this book.
WOW! First book I’ve read from Christi Barth and I’m a fan! Amazing story line, great rounded characters, loved the quick whit and the flow of the entire book.
Kylie Stafford was always doing what she was told to do until a couple of things went wrong in her life, after graduation her boyfriend broke up with her, she had no place to live and her internship was held up due to issues with the staff at the Smithsonian where she was suppose to intern at. So she decided she needed to do a little bit of bad to maybe get her life back on course. First Bad Decision she walked up and asked to kiss a stranger, while she was waiting to watch one of her favorite bands play Riptide, little did she know she was trying to kiss the lead singer Cam Watson and the sparks fly after that when she gets offered a month long job as the Goody Girl for Riptide, (selling the swag for the band) with nothing keeping here at home she jumps on it and book #1 of the Bad Decisions Series is on! Find out what happens and I’m starting on book #2, Reverse of Perfection right now!
Can’t say enough good about this book, loved it from page one to the very word!

Copy kindly received in exchange for an honest review.
This was a really fast and easy to read story. Kylie and Cam have a whole lot of insta lust/love going on, but it doesn’t take anything from the story. Kylie is trying to find her place in the world, trying to change things up by making decisions she normally wouldn’t make.
When she meets Cam and gets this great opportunity, things snowball from there, and what turns out to be a “bad decision” clearly is not.
A very easy read that can be sped through in an hour or two.
Well, when Kylie decides to jump out of her cosy life and everyone else’s expectations, she doesn’t do it by halves.
She’s all “good girl goes bad” and goes from 0-60 in about 3.2 seconds.
And I mean, who of us hasn’t wished we would catch the eye of our favourite rock star?
I like Cam right from the start. I liked that he didn’t go all “me rock star, you groupie” when they met -she was the one pushing for the sexy times!
At first I wasn’t sure if I was going to like Kylie – however as the story progressed (which it does quickly) I liked her more.
Sweet, sexy, and fast paced, this was an enjoyable way to spend an hour or so.
Now on to the the second book.
