Great… eye opening
This book is wonderfully written and remarkably informative. I really like the stress Pollan places on considering where our food comes from. Of course, it’s equally important to think about what is contained within the food — from planting through to the moment it ends up on your plate, because an awful lot can happen in the interim.
very approachable science book, although sometime questionable conclusions
The Omnivore’s Dilemma presented fact, history and philosophical viewpoints related to the way we eat now. It is well-written, engaging and thought-provoking.

Extremely informative about the Organic industry. Claims such as “grass fed” are merely just that. It will change you’re world view on the Organic industry.
