Mason Hall, Navy SEAL, knows all about difficult assignments, but his current mission is one for the record books. Not only must he find a wife—and get her pregnant—or forfeit the ranch his family has prized for generations, he must also convince his three brothers to marry, too—before the year is up. Who knew one city girl and three wayward brothers could put up such a fight?Regan Anderson can’t … Anderson can’t wait any longer to meet Mr. Right, so she’s taken matters into her own hands. She’s quit her job, given up her nice apartment and undergone all the preliminary appointments to prepare for artificial insemination. Still, becoming a single mother is daunting, so when she spots Mason’s Wife Wanted ad on the Internet one night, she’s ready for a few laughs. She’s sure the ad must be fake, but when Mason answers back, she soon finds herself wanting more than a long distance relationship.
If Mason can just keep her talking until he makes it home from Afghanistan, he’s sure he can convince Regan he’s her man. But when he whisks her off for a trial run in Chance Creek, they’re in for an unpleasant surprise. The ranch is in ruins, the house has been stripped, and they’re going to have to work day and night to beat Mason’s deadline to win it back.
Can two strangers pull together against all odds? Or is this mission doomed to fail?

This is a modern twist on the old-west trope of “gotta get married and have a baby in order to save the ranch”, and Cora Seton does it brilliantly. Seriously, if nothing else, you need to read the first few chapters at least until the part where the heroine responds to his MOB ad…by email! I’m still laughing about it!
This book ended a series on The Brothers Hall. The premise is that 4 brothers have to marry and at least one must be pregnant within one year to inherit the family farm. Since all 4 men are in various forms of the military, they try to find wives online. The stories are funny, heartwarming and tug at your heartstrings. The farm and the town, …
Excellent sweet romantic story of persuasive and hardworking love!
This is more than just a story of love, and at the same time is all about love. I will explain.
Love is a feeling that has it all, passion, fraternity, parenting, fear of failing your loved ones and of losing them, but is also about forgiveness. And they use to say that forgiving your loved ones is the hardest, however forgiving ourselves can be …
I love this series definitely recommend this book.
This was a great story! Not so happy with the stress that Aunt Heloise placed on them, but Mason and Regan had me laughing several times! Love the obstacle course!
“The Navy SEAL’s e-Mail Order Bride” (nook) was a sigh-worthy read. It was heartwarming how Mason and Regan “met” via an e-mail bride wanted ad and how quickly they connected. A great HEA.
Cora Seton never fails!
Great book! I could not put it down. I thought the way it started was great and worked right into the story. It held your interest all the way through. You really never knew what was going to happen next. You were living every minute of their lives until they finally decided to become partners and work together to finish what they had …
Mason Hall posts an add for a bride on the internet to fill one of the requirements his great aunt has set for Him and his brothers to get the family ranch back. Regan was surfing the net when she sees his add gives a joking resonse. They start to chat online and develops a relationship. Can he convince his city girl to move to a run down ranch …
Setting aside a couple of things (Heloise and debts) this is a great story and I look forward to one for each of the 3 brothers. Totally like Regan
really enjoyed it
Easy read
I love all of Cora Seton books. Waiting for more to come.
For a romance novel liked the story and the characters. I especially liked that there was not a lot of sex scenes.
Excellent story from beginning to end. I would give it a 10 if I could. Great job!!!!
With all the online dating taking place in the world today, why not post a wife wanted ad online? Seems perfectly logical. Sure makes for an entertaining story.
WOW! I am in love with this book – I’ve read it twice and starting a third round. Stories that engross me, where I find something new each time I read it, really keep me hooked… Bravo, Ms. Seton!! – love, A huge fan!
loved the whole series.
I love Ms. Seton’s works. She is an exceedingly talented wordsmith. I have read at least five books that she has written. She writes realistic relationships with mature characters. We can count on her to entertain us with her characters.
