Mountain man babies
Timber
3 Stars
Jaxon’s life drastically changed as Harper arrived at his doorstep during a snowstorm lost and frozen.
A bit of drama with her hypocritically religious parents and ex fiancé that was frustrating, sad, and upsetting.
Jax managed to save the day even though having three unexpected babies on the way kind of freaked him out.
Harper’s flip flopping between sex starved woman to painfully naive and backwards girl got tiring fast.
Bucked
4 Stars
Jaxon’s friend Buck was featured in the second book with him falling for Rosie.
His instalust/instalove attraction to her was the overriding element in this story the moment he laid eyes on her at the truckstop/diner she worked at.
Rosie was desperately trying to hide from her corrupt Uncle who planned on selling her to the Russian mob.
After their intense over the top romance, her Uncle planned to sell her twins once she delivered. I was rooting for Buck to put an end to her evil Uncle from beginning to end!
Wilder
3 1/2 Stars
The babies kept multiplying in this increasingly outlandish series of burly mountain men and their babies.
Wilder’s chance meeting with Stella at a bar in Seattle ends up as a one night stand with unexpected results. Although Wilder was convinced that Stella was the one for him, they part, and promised to meet again. By the time they met up, Wilder was father to his twin niece and nephew, and Stella was pregnant with twins.
Sweet sexy romance with low drama and lots of feel good HEA moments.
Honored
3 1/2 Stars
Escaping from a polygamous cult with her three small sons, Honor was trying to figure out her life when she met Hawk.
Honor’s backstory was pathetic, odd, and sweet at the same time. One of three wives to Luke (who was Harper’s ex fiancé in the first book) she grew up in a strict and warped cult. Leaving with her 12 week, 1 year, and 2year old sons took monumental courage and strength.
Hawk was meandering through life with no direction before he made his way to his cousin Jaxson’s home.
I liked the way he was a natural rescuer and a champion to the underdog.
Another over the top romance, this time with five small almost ready made children to fill the rapidly overcrowded nest.
Cherished
The babies kept multiplying in this last book of James (Harper’s brother) and Cherish. Childhood sweethearts condemned by the same cult and polygamist lifestyle. Cherish was sold and married off to George, a man older than her father.
Her triplets belonged to James who she thought was murdered by their cult.
Finally finding the courage to escape, she and James reunited.
Another outlandish multiple baby story, this time with two sets of triplets.
Same terrible cult backstory that was really icky, but Abigail/Cherish was strong and sweet.

I loved every story in this book. They are quick reads, it was nice to read one or two a night. All of the couples are related/ friends, so you get pieces of some continuation of other couples in each book. Each couple has to overcome some kind of circumstance to get to their happily ever after, and of course there are babies, because their men live on fertile mountain.

This is a really great box set you get five well written really good mountain man romances I had read them all previously and just love having these five in one box set I would definitely recommend them.
Well worth reading!
This is a entertaining box set of five reads that are all about heat, heart and babies. Each book focuses on its own couple and there is a good selection of interesting theme’s included. You can expect to see some previous characters again though, as all these books are loosely connected. There is plenty of drama, emotional turmoil, excitement and danger in these books. Each couple has a far from smooth road to a HEA.
wow .. what a series. these books are wonderful to read and are full of alpha men, who have women they desire and love. all stories also have their drama, which creates enough tension, in addition to all the hot scenes in the book. because one thing is certain .. there must certainly be a window open, because it is hot. I really enjoyed these mountain men. from me 5 stars.

Frankie Love did an awesome job with these five books! All five books connect the characters but can be read as standalones. I loved the drama and how the HEA came about in each one. I highly recommend these books!

These mountain men stories grab you and draw you in from the fist story to the last. The men are alpha delicious who are family oriented and know how to treat women. My favorite story was bucked Rosie is on the run and working in a diner where she meets Buck. Fireworks go off between these two from the start and Buck is hooked. There romance is cut short when her uncle’s mafia men find her. To save Buck she goes back but not before giving the one thing she has to give her virginity. Now she is pregnant and her uncle wants to sell them. Will Buck Make it to her in time to save them?

The Mountain Mans Babies by Frankie Love a five-star read that will have you running to the hills. This is books one to five and each one is just sublime. I don’t know which mountain man I enjoy more; they each bring something special to the story. This is all about second chances and insta love, which I know not everyone will enjoy, but this reader most certainly does. I can’t wait to pick more up from Frankie Love.
This box set was absolutely amazing. They were entertaining and captivating. The storyline was spot on and was well executed. The characters were remarkable. The twist in the plot gave it an edge. The happily ever after in the end was perfect.

If you like books with a lot of hot and steamy romance, then this series is for you. In Timber, we meet Jax and Harper. Jax and Harper are the complete opposite. He’s a womanizer, who was run out of town for sleeping with the wrong woman, and Stella is from a rigid, religious family. Jax is living and working in the mountains chopping trees and Harper has left home to think after being dumped by her fiancé. Harper ends up at Jax’s cabin and the two connect. Harper eventually leaves, but circumstances continue to pull them together. They go though a lot of ups and downs before they get their happy ever after.
In Buck, we meet Buck (Jax and Harper’s friend) and Rosie. Rosie is on the run from her Russian mafia uncle and ends up working for Buck’s mom at her diner. Once again, the two meet and sparks fly! Rosie’s family catches up to her and she leaves to protect Buck. Rosie eventually escapes and heads back to Buck with a surprise. Again, our couple has some ups and downs before they get their HEA.
In Wilder, we get Jaxon’s friend and partner Dean whole we met in Timber. Dean, AKA Wilder, and Stella meet at a bar and have a one night stand. They agree to meet a few months later, but during that time things change for both of them. Wilder has become guardian to his niece and nephew and has begun a reality show with Jax and Buck. The two eventually meet up and Stella reveals the changes happening in her life. Things happen, words are said and they part ways but stay in touch. They eventually come together and they eventually find their HEA.
In Honored, we get Jaxon’s cousin Hawk and Harper’s cousin Honor. Honor has left her life as a sister wife and has taken her kids and fled to Harper. Hawk is constantly getting in trouble with the law helping friends out. He heads up the mountain to work with Jaxon in his business. Honor and Hawk connect at the diner. They eventually realize that they are connected through Harper and Jax. They try to keep things on the down low but rail life intrudes including Honors “husband”. Once again, we have ups and downs before they get their HEA.
Finally, in Cherished, we have James (Harper’s brother) and Cherish. James and Cherish love each as teenagers within their religious cult. They get together and make plans to run away together. They are caught and James is beaten to the point that Cherish thinks he has died. James eventually recovers and makes his way to Harper and Jax. He keeps looking for Cherish who, has been made a sister wife and has three boys. They find their way back to one another, but unfortunately they don’t get a happy ending. Cherish’s “husband” comes for her and takes her back. It takes James many months to find her and they must face a few more obstacles before they get their HEA.
