New York reporter Paige MacKenzie has a hidden motive when she heads to the small town of Timberton, Montana. Assigned to research the area’s unique Yogo sapphires for the Manhattan Post, she hopes to reconnect romantically with handsome cowboy Jake Norris. The local gem gallery offers the material needed for the article, but the discovery of an old diary, hidden inside the wall of a historic … hotel, soon sends her on a detour into the underworld of art and deception.
Each of the town’s residents holds a key to untangling more than one long-buried secret, from the hippie chick owner of a new age café to the mute homeless man in the town park. As the worlds of western art and sapphire mining collide, Paige finds herself juggling research, romance and danger. With stolen sapphires and shady characters thrown into the mix, will Paige escape the consequences of her own curiosity?

Beach book read.
Very good read. Good language and not sensual at all. Refreshing!
Enjoyed it. Not a classic but easy to read. Characters are easy to like, mostly believable and the romance factor is ok without being steamy or erotic.
If you have the treasure hunting bug, you will enjoy this book.
Fun read. Great story. A don’t miss.
Book is worth reading!
I really enjoyed this book! It was a nice read while I was on break at work. It seemed like a grown up version of Nancy Drew.
never knew there were sapphires in montana. other than that, pretty bland
Interesting presentation of some historical facts uncovered throughout the text!! Easy and fun read!!
The characters were marvelous. The town itself had a personality and so easily had me an involved part of it. Never bored. Couldn’t stop reading until the end.
I hope Hallmark Movies and Mysteries finds this book appealing, because it is just their style. Light reading for a trip to the beach.
I enjoyed reading this book.
Good book to relax, escape.
This is cute little book. No thinking needed. Just fun.
I love these books but I also love the fact that there are recipes in the back of the book of what all the characters get to enjoy. They always sound so good.
Cute story
Mistletoe At Moonglow – This is my first story by this author and I enjoyed this lovely, clean novella. Told in a smooth flowing, conversational style with a good mix of likable characters and an interesting story set around Christmas at a hotel in a small town. The story is heavily into the Christmas part of love, kindness and caring for others. …
Another enjoyable story in the series. An engaging set of characters with a nice mystery. I look forward to reading the next book and the next…..
Surprisingly good
It was a little strange but enjoyed the read.
