Can one man show her they’re not all the same?I don’t want her in my life. She’s bold, infuriating and out of control. Her father wants me to babysit her. I don’t have time for such nonsense but I owe him my career. My life.I’m forty years old, rich as hell, a bit of a control freak, and content with being single. She’s twenty-two, a spoiled brat, and was practically left at the altar. She needs … left at the altar. She needs a therapist not a man who could never give her what she’s searching for. She doesn’t need me.
The problem is I just might need her.

Advertising executive Mateo Martel likes order and routines. He doesn’t deviate from his schedule or allow anyone to tell him what to do. Being single works to his advantage because he’s too busy for a personal life. Or so he thinks.
Spoiled, trust fund baby Giselle Diaz always gets what she wants. Thanks to her rich daddy she’s not used to hearing the word no. When she finds out her ex eloped with a stripper she spirals out of control and ends up at a strange bar taking a ride home from a hot, older man.
Once these opposites collide their lives will never be the same. Giselle’s impulsive behavior is more than Mateo can handle. She’s intrusive, stalkerish and knows exactly which buttons to push when it comes to him. The more she pushes the less he resists. Can this spontaneous woman capture the heart of a meticulous bachelor?

Whoa. Totally did not expect to love this as much as I did. Great read. Steamy AF. I’ll buy more of this author’s books.
He was an amazing alpha male. Knew when to let go and when to hang on and just the right amount of authority to give him respect. The most romantic moment when I actually swooned myself was a very small moment at the end of page 100 to the top of page 101. That little sweet kiss was everything.
Great read.
Loved this book. Wow! Opposites surely attract in this book. She was able to bring out the best in him so that he could enjoy life and not be so serious all the time. He was able to give her a purpose and desire to develop a plan for her life. Great read.
I enjoyed reading this story. It made me laugh at times good reading
It’s no secret that I’m a huge fan of Ella Jade and when I started hearing about The Meticulous Bachelor I just couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. And when I got my hands on it, let’s just say I may have squealed… a little.
Okay I lied, I squealed a lot and did a little happy dance.
The Meticulous Bachelor is stunning, jaw dropping, sensual book that will captivate you from start to finish. Mateo Martel is everything you could want from a hero and more. He’s got that… je ne sais quoi. When he commits to anything or anyone, it’s will his whole heart and soul.
Giselle has a good heart, she just needs a little guidance to get her life on track. When she meets Mateo, it changes her for the better. I love how she doesn’t take no for answer, she goes after what and who she wants. No questions asked. She grows and matures leaps and bounds.
These two have passion so electric it flies off the pages. Just thinking of all the sexiness contained in these pages makes me a little flush… okay a lot flush. Of all the couples that Ella Jade has given us, I think Mateo and Giselle are my favorite. And believe me that is saying a lot.
This is an enchanting story that you won’t be able to put down. It will pull at your heart strings and have you swooning. The Meticulous Bachelor is a definitely a must read, so I highly recommend you pick this gem up today.
Excellent.
I lost interest halfway through this book. I felt like I could predict what was coming next and I didn’t connect with the characters.
The story line was okay, but felt there was so much more potential. The main characters were written with both a predictable profile and an unrealistic relationship.
Mateo grew up in a not so nice neighborhood with only his mother for guidance. A successful man (Juan) takes him under his wing as a young teenager to give him focus and keep him out of trouble. He far exceeded Juan’s expectations. Years later, Juan asks if he can “babysit” his out of control, 23 year old daughter by giving her a job at his company. Against his better judgment he agrees because he feels he does owe Juan. You can guess what happens next, Giselle pushes every button to get under Mateo’s skin and disrupt his meticulous life. They have many bumps in the road and Mateo is focused on their age difference, but there is a HEA. Several times I laughed out loud.
Where do I begin with this one? For starters I love Ella Jade’s writing she just has this way with words that sucks you in and doesn’t let go and will have you never wanting her stories to end, but when they do they leave you with a smile and wonderfully giddy god vibes and that’s exactly what this book did with me. Giselle had me giggling like a teenager at some of the ways she teased Mateo. The chemistry between Mateo and Giselle was scorching and panty wetting. I really loved Giselle she was such a great heroine, she grew up and developed herself throughout the story while still staying true to herself and I just loved how fierce she was and refused to let Mateo push her away no matter how hard he tried.
After I finished reading this one I couldn’t stop thinking about these two so much that I went back in and re-read it, yes this book is that good.
