I first picked up a copy of The Maze Runner back in 2012. Within the first five pages, I was hooked! Action packed, mysterious, and psychological all at the same time. The pacing is great, the author allowing time for tension to build and build until you’re ready to burst. A fantastically written story of a horrible situation for these young men.
Be sure to read them all.
It’s good but make it free
I have been recommended this novel time and time again and, finally, I was able to sit down and get my hands on this terrifying page turner. It most definitely wasn’t what I was expecting, especially when I reached the ending. My wife listened to the audiobook version over a year ago. When she described the story, I could not have been any less interested. We went as a family to see the movie and I loved it! I was bloody inspired
Strange, not knowing what to expect next.
I never knew what was going to happen next. Loved it. The sequels were not as good.
it is a grate book. I like meno.

I felt his emotions like they were my own …
Very exciting action here, especially once the main character enters the maze. Nice tense scenes! I was bummed by the ending–loved the twist, but was disappointed at the fate of one particular boy (I’d gotten attached to him). Great premise!
I thought this book is really cool
This book was a great, quick read. The characters are written with the perfect amount of humor and fear mixed into their personalities. The content is simple, yet the survival scenarios and twisted friendships keep the reader interested and engaged at all times.
