Another engrossing page turning novel, I love this series & whilst this story could be read as a stand alone why would you. The Carpenter & Vivers are delightful, there are young children cats & great danes all of which add to the enjoyment. The characters are well portrayed & very likeable. The story is very well paced & kept my attention all the way through. I would have liked to have found out what happened to the kidnapper who got away & also if Daisy was OK & if one of the pups joined Con & Charlotte. I look forward to the younger children growing up & having their stories
My honest review is for a special copy I voluntarily read
