I really enjoyed this book. There was a scene that bothered me but there hero redeemed himself. The heroine was a strong woman in an era that didn’t encourage such behavior. More like 4 1/5
Loved this story and totally love this author.
A very good book. It has mystery, a sad/lonely hero, a feisty heroine and “helpful ” family and in the end a HEA.
Too sexually explicit for me
It starts out slow, and a little confusing, but stick with it!
Enjoyable
An entertaining story filled with lots of passion and action. The scarred Marquess took a while to warm up to, but once there you don’t want to stop until they get to their happy ending.
Loved it! Couldn’t put it down.
Interesting characters but omitted some crucial backstories and oh. My. God it took forever and ever and ever to move the plot forward , due to all the plodding circle backs and repetitive situations . This was wildly disjointed and the ending was abrupt . I love you, I love you too. The end . A fun , brief epilogue would have rewarded the readers …
Entertaining and suspenseful story. I enjoyed reading this historical romance and highly recommend it.
I love all of her books
A little different than most. Really liked the characters.
Enjoyed reading
Entertainment from beginning to the end. Witty British humor. Story keeps you interested. Hard to put down. O
While trying to solve the mystery, I enjoyed several laughs along the way.
Good story line. Interesting. It held my interest.
Great read
I liked the humerus situations as well as the love scenes.
I really enjoyed this book, however it’s ending was to chopped off, I think that is to encourage the purchase of the next book.
I really enjoyed reading this book. Mischeif meets mystery and Mills & Boone all in one.
