I love reading Eric Ridley historical romances. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5, it was too short for me.
Too repetitive in basic plot.
bored silly, probably finished, very forgettable
Unlike this series, too
I love the series and this book in particular was very touching and romantic. I love Erica Ridley’s writing style.
I just love this book. It was a real page turner and you never knew Hal the next chapter was going to and develop the characters well and he was very action packed his original.
Good story line
Really enjoyed this book – lots of fun, good characters, well-developed plot!
This is a great book Erica Ridley is a wonderful writer.Cant wait to read rest of books in this series.
A Pirate, a war injured Major, a beautiful little girl who grew up when no one was looking… How much fun can you imagine?!

I liked this book very much, I have read several in this series and am looking forward to more.
Good read
Boring!
Very much enjoyed this storyline, as all of Erica Ridley’s books it was hard to put down. Recommend this book highly.
I now wish to read the book about his twin who is not as dead as the family thought and his pregnant fiancee. Loved it.
Got bored and had trouble finishing it.
Very well written with a sense of humor.
sweet story, with witty characters.
I enjoyed this book – different story but I felt too much time was spent on the characters “woe is me”.
