She fears the dark.He rules it.Her dresses are too tight, her heels too tall. She laughs too loudly, eats without decorum, and mixes up most sayings in the book. Little do most know it’s just a sparkly disguise, there to hide one panic attack at a time.Nobody can crack Gianna’s facade . . . no one anyway, until he comes along. Most see a paragon of morality; a special agent upholding the law. In … special agent upholding the law. In the New York underworld, others know him as a hustler, a killer, his nature as cold as the heart of ice in his chest. Christian Allister has always followed the life plan he’d envisioned in his youth, beneath the harsh lights of a frigid, damp cell. With a proclivity for order and the number three, he’s never been tempted to veer off course. But perhaps one should never say never . . .
One winter night and their lives intertwine. She hates him—his stone-cold demeanor, his arrogance and too-perceptive eye—but over the years, even as their games consist of insulting each other’s looks and intelligence, she begins to live to play with him.
Nowhere in Christian’s plans had he ever prepared for Gianna. She’s chaos embodied, not his type, and married, but none of that can stop his eyes from following her wherever she goes.
All along, she doesn’t even know that she’s his—his frustration, his fascination.
His maddest obsession.
*Can be read as a standalone, though it is recommended you read The Sweetest Oblivion first to avoid spoilers from Book #1

Best mafia families romance!! Love Danielle Lori’s humorous and bloody books. Two very different beautiful and disturbed characters. This is the best of the Obsession series with Sweetest coming in second. Should be read in order, to know background but not necessary.
“‘ , , .”
: mafia romance, opposites attract, hate to love, damaged characters, steamy af
This is hands down one of the best reads I’ve ever had!!
Gianna Bianchi and Christian Allister have known each other for years, but for different reasons, it was never the right time to be together.
Hence why the story flashes 8 years forward, back to present time. After two failed marriages, Gianna is back to being single. Enter here Christian and their insane chemistry.
Gianna is one of the most unique female characters I have ever come across. She is an extrovert bold woman who goes after what she wants, but at the same time she has insecurities and fears.
Christian Allister is known to being cold, distant and mysterious, but when it comes to Gianna, he becomes the most passionate and caring man. I absolutley love his unconditional love towards his brother Ronan and his ability to say the sweeter things to Gianna, which made me fall for him harder.
I love how together they fought their insecurities and became stronger. Despite how rushed the last chapters were, I’m glad they’ve got the conclusion they deserved.
Highly recommend it!!
My Rating:
Type: Standalone
Genre: contemporary Romance Fiction, Mafia Romance
Narration: Dual POV
Primary Characters: Gianna and Christian
I was intrigued with Gianna and Christian after meeting them in “The sweetest oblivion”. Them being polar opposites, I wasn’t sold on their story and just put them on hold. I picked them up on total random basis and thought, if I don’t like it, I will stop reading. However, it wasn’t that bad.
Gianna is a disaster. First half of the book is spread around the time of 6- 7 years from the time they have known each other. It was slightly boring. But that did give the depth of their personality. Gianna wanted to be loved, but she didn’t get that from both marriages and she was betrayed by her own. Her husband’s infidelity and inability to love her back left her broken. She didn’t believe in happily ever after or in any marriages.
Now that she is on the verge of getting out of her bond, people are waiting for their turn. Christian is cold, organised and meticulous. He has an OCD of his own. He won’t take orders from anyone even though he is FBI. He is respected in by both FBI and Mob for his role. He has controlled his obsession for Gianna. But now that he has taste for it, he is not ready to let go.
Nico and Luca played there role well in the story. I loved the last part of character development even though it sort of seems rushed. The best part was climax. I wasn’t expecting such sweet, no drama climax, which is a plus. Narration is ok. There banter is good. Flow of the book is slow initially and normal paced post half way. Plot is ok. Ronan definitely seemed intriguing. We see some of the characters from book1, but no other intriguing character.
All in all, it’s an ok one-time entertainer. Read for yourself and let me know your opinion.

„The Maddest Obssesion” is the second book from the „Made” series, and it is AMAZING. Danielle Lori did it again, and gave us another well writen and exciting story.
I can honestly say, that Gianna and Christian own my heart.
Christian Allister is smart and self possessed, he is all for himself and will stop at nothing to get what he wants and reach his goals.
He is cold and calculated, with a touch of OCD, the special agent you never want to cross. A hustler and a killer, Christian can be your worst nightmare. Went to hell and back as a child, and only became stronger, colder and scarier. He spent years building his name a name for himself in New York’s underworld.
He likes quiet and order, and Gianna is here to turn his world upside down.
Gianna Mariano, smart and beautiful, a force of nature, loud and with a personality that matches her mouth, has no filter, and most of the time butchers the english language. All this, while looking like a goddess.
What nobody knows, is that all this is a mask she spent years and years perfecting it, because underneath all that, we find a scared girl and a bunch of anxiety and panic attacks.
She is the girl who had no choice, being born in the “Cosa Nostra” her life was arranged from birth, and all her life she tried to catch up.
She mets Christian at a darker moment in her life, and she hates him: his arrogance, his smirk and attitude, but they can’t stay away.
Over the years their lives intertwine, and so, the games begin. They fight, insult each other and try to make the other to raise the white flag.
The two act like cat and mouse, trying to post-pone the inevitable: they are the perfect mold, they are made for each other.
They fight each others demons, bringing the best and sometimes the worst in one another.
Christiangianna were such a serve. I was excited to dive into this book from the glimpses we got of both Christian and Gianna in the Sweetest Oblivion, and to say I loved them is selling them short.
Christian is this man you’d never expect to fall for Gianna… little did we know he was obsessed from the very start. From keeping things of Gianna’s for years, to always checking in on her. He was in love with her before he could even understand it and that’s what had me obsessed.
Gianna was this woman who is constantly doing what she needs to survive, whether that mean drugs, a bizarre outfit, or marrying a mafia boss. Gianna is so strong and the tension between her and Christian was undeniable and their chemistry was totally worth obsessing over.
I wasn’t sure Danielle Lori could have me obsessed with anyone as much as I was obsessed with nicoelena, but christiangianna definitely delivered.
The Maddest Obsession is book #2 in the Made Series by Danielle Lori. Once again Danielle blessed us with her writing and I devoured every single bloody word in this book. I have no idea how she does it but these books or AMAZING.
Gianna wears a tight, tight mask! And although she seems outgoing and as if she doesnt have a care. Everything goes way beyond surface level. Christian is an FBI agent, but hes known as something else in the underworld. Gianna and Christian cross paths and she hates him and over the years they play games with eachother, insult each other! And that’s when the obsession starts.
I will start by saying (dont hate me) I really really did not like Gianna in the previous book.. THERE I SAID IT, DONT SHOOT ME! I will not lie, it wasnt until the end of the previous book that I started to warm up to her. But I guess this is because of how much of a claim / standing she had with the Russo’s, and I just didnt understand why and it frustrated me to no end. But then I picked this book up, and oh my heart. I understand everything. Shes been through so much and my heart felt for her. Christian was so hard to read sometimes! Hes cold, but there are reasons for it! He is so complex I found myself wanting to find out more! I couldn’t stop reading.
They’re relationship is so complex and delicious! They’re romance is kind of a slow burn and it was so infuriating! But in but best way! They’re chemistry is out of this world… jesus christ. I loved the connection between this book and the previous book! How little incidents that happened during the last book which I didnt understand, stated to make complete sense in this book!
If you havent picked this book up yet – then go ahead and get back in the pond because you’re acting like a silly goose I will never not recommend this book!
You can find this book on Amazon and it is currently free to borrow for Kindle Unlimited subscribers!
“To live with wolves, you have to howl like a wolf.”
You know those stories that just stick with you forever? The ones with titles you’ll never forget, characters you’ll always remember, quotes you can recite by heart, favorite scenes you can pick out without ever having to think about it? That’s what The Maddest Obsession is like for me.
Gianna and Christian’s story is one that you can’t help but root for from the very beginning. They compliment each other so well. I lived for every single one of their encounters, the banter, the sexual tension, the build up. I love how years and months could pass between them and they’d still seek each other out in a crowded room with heated glances and find ways to sneak in those seductive touches.
Gianna’s world isn’t one filled with rainbows and sunshine. It’s the darker, grittier side of the mafia where it’s all about survival, finding ways to cope with the shit life throws at you and making sure you do whatever you have to do to stay alive. Gianna spent so much time hiding her true self behind her loud laughter and boisterous attitude and her flashy fashion sense.
And yes, she did drugs. While that may turn some readers off, to me it’s like, who am I to judge or tell anyone how to deal with shit? We all need a little something to get by, right?
Christian Allister was the one person who could see right through her facade even though he had demons of his own. I loved his little FBI mandated therapy sessions. It had the familiarity of The Sopranos in a sense. I loved unraveling Allister’s mind, his thoughts, his mild OCD. It made him all the more perfect. You never knew what the man would do next or how he’d react because he wasn’t one to easily show emotion.
But as rigid and cold as Allister might appear, a softer side of him always came out whenever he was around Gianna. I’ll forever remember the scene where she goes to his apartment seeking comfort from the dark and they share that moment of intimacy that wasn’t about sex or one-upping each other. And then a few chapters later, she repeated the same message he’d told her and it just brought the story around full-circle. It showed just how much they understood each other.
These two characters clashed in the best way possible and this is one love story I don’t mind rereading for the rest of my days.
Danielle Lori created a story I can now call one of my tried and true favorites.
I can’t wait to read whatever she has in store next. I am officially invested.
4.5
I’d tried to not form a negative opinion on Gianna all through The Sweetest Oblivion, but I have to say I wasn’t a fan of hers, and maybe that was why I initially thought I wouldn’t like this book, but boy was I wrong! This book is a brilliance in itself, I seriously don’t even have to say anything else.
The chemistry between Christian and Gianna is explosive! Even when he couldn’t have her, and he so desperately wanted to! Damn they were so amazing together, honestly I have no words.
Christian, he was so much more than what I’d initially thought him to be, the depth he had to himself, and the way Danielle delivered it, I died! There is something about a man with a hard past that always gets to me, and Christian in all his glory now rules over my heart. And the sheer insanity with which he does what he wants!
Back to Gianna, I acctually found myself loving her in this book, her character development was immense! And the circumstances about why she is that way were heartbreaking to say the least. She was just a little girl with her dreams taken away, and I wanted to hug her for that so many times in the book!
All in all this book is amazing! Absolutely in love with this world Danielle’s created!
5 UNDENIABLE STARS!
OH. MY. What did I just read? The maddest obsession is hands down my new obsession! See what I did there?. I thought Danielle couldn’t top nico and Elena for my, but I was so so wrong. Christian and Gianna arrived and they stole the show. There is something about obsessed boy trope that makes me go absolutely crazy. This book was everything. The writing was perfect, full of beautiful quotes and scenes. Each chapter was a delight to read and I didn’t want this book to end. Danielle is a mastermind of the mafia romance world and she has a way with words and creating perfect and flawed characters. Christian was a perfect hero. His thoughts about Gianna, how he took care of her, everything was so perfect and dreamy. Gianna is an absolute queen and I loved her so much. The relationship they both have is strong, beautiful and amazing. I’m going to miss reading about them so much but I’m so happy Danielle gave us this amazing story
The Maddest Obsession is just the second book of The Made Series by Danielle Lori, this series is promising to be one of the best in its genre, not only Danielle has created the most amazing stories in the mafia romance world, but her characters are all you want to read about, jealous possessive, alpha, sexy af, omg just the chemistry between the characters is completely palpable!!
And this time we have the most amazing obsession of all, Gianna and Christian had one of the most amazing chemistry’s I’ve ever read!! The obsession of Christian reached new levels and the entire time I was reading their story I couldn’t put it down! So yeah this series is clearly one of my favorites!!
Two stars were generous!
Since I wasn’t a fan of Gianna in the first book, I had my doubts whether the author could change my opinion here. I had hoped there would actually be some admirable, noteworthy depth hidden deep within her character that would be revealed. Yeah, I don’t really think so, folks. Flirty, impulsive, clueless, doesn’t think before she leaps, mouthy meant to be sassy, claims to be misunderstood, druggy, forced to marry within the mob twice, thinks with her female lady parts when it comes to the hero about sums her up. Goodness, I feel at little guilty for not feeling sorry for her, since she was passed around as a mob wife whenever her arranged marriage hubbies kicked the bucket.
I most definitely don’t know what the hero saw in her. Well, actually I do. It was all about her hot bod. He did not know her, folks, yet he was somehow over the moon, supposedly obsessed with wanting her for years. I couldn’t see how that could be, because, again, he didn’t spend meaningful time with her. Heck, she couldn’t even remember his first name at one point. Their back and forth bickering banter then smexy time where they would inevitably stomp away mad got irritating, repetitive, and tiresome.
I didn’t particularly find him a prize to be won either. Sure, he was model gorgeous but full of cold stares and was a jerk to her most of the time. Oh, he could have been scripted totally awesome, considering his Russian background reveal. This was a missed opportunity in my book. Mainly because he was left pretty much a jerk in this dysfunctional non-relationship with Gianna.
Here’s to hoping books 3 & 4 will be as good as book 1.
Title: The Maddest Obsession, Series: Made (Book 2), Author: Danielle Lori, pub date: 4/15/19, basically a stand-alone but part of a series, impulsive doesn’t think before she leaps poor me heroine, knucklehead actions/thinking, numerous very graphic smex scenes, drug use, not romance safe enough for me.
Book 1 – The Sweetest Oblivion (Nico & Elena)
Book 2 – The Maddest Obsession (Gianna & Christian)
Book 3 – The Darkest Temptation (Mila & Ronan)
Book 4 – Next book will be Sebastian’s story

Impossible not to love this couple, obviously is more a 5+
This book was a really great follow up to the first one! I loved it even more than the first one. Gianna and Christian both made a great first impression in the first book and two see these two polar opposite characters come together was so beautiful to read, the setting, the build-up and the romance was everything. I appreciated the plot twists incorporated by Danielle Lori that brought out all the secrets in the open and created some great action. Gianna is such a vulnerable yet great character, her struggles made me like her even more cause that made her the strong person she was by the end of the book. Christian always being her armour made me melt! A great read!
I’ll start this review by saying christiangianna are my favorite NA couple of all the time , nobody has ever made me feel they way they did while reading a book. They’re literally my comfort couple and I’ve re read this book more than a couple of times.
Before talking about them as an item I would like to point out what I liked the most about each character :
Christian FBI agent who also “works” for the mafia. He is everything I like and more in a NA hero. He was rude , possessive, obsessive, cold , he had a fantastic dry humor and only allowed his softness around Gianna. I have to admit I’ve always had a weakness for Russian heroes they’re always just more interesting.
– “If you dressed a little less like a hooker, the cop who pulled you over might not have searched you”
Gianna mafia wife who never knows how to stay out of trouble. She is what I would call the perfect balance in between a soft heroine and a badass one. She’s funny , sassy , charismatic, loud when she has too , selfless , caring , loving but she’s also someone who’s been hurt and so vulnerable , sensitive and who desperately needs to be loved and some might say this makes her weak but I think the combination of all those characteristics is what makes Gianna an unique strong heroine that makes you fall in love with her the moment you start reading about her.
⁃ “If you looked a little less like an anal-retentive asshole, you might get laid every once in a while.”
Their relationship was so intense from the start to the finish that I couldn’t put the phone down I remember enjoying every page and thinking this just can’t get better well in fact it got better. Every new chapter was better than the one before. Christiangiannas scenes consumes you , their dialogues , their thoughts ….everything is perfect and so emotionally raw that I remember feeling like a creep reading sometimes because some scenes felt so intimate between the two of them.
One thing I loved were Christian’s insecurities , we are so used to read about heroines feeling weak for their insecurities but this time it was the hero , reading his thoughts were he would go insane thinking he might lose her that she might never love him or obsess over him the way he did with her was like a wave of fresh hair , it made me love him even more. The fact that Christian dealt with so many traumatic experiences during his childhood which left him with many scars but he still respected Giannas boundaries, she was always his number one priority even when she didn’t even recall who he was. This man has wanted her for years , waited and waited until he couldn’t deal with it anymore and all the wait made him even go more insane.
⁃ “The fire in my chest burned hotter, stealing my goddamn breath. Where pain usually hit me like the high of a drug, whenever Gianna Russo—or, sorry, now Marino—was involved, it felt like the comedown. Nauseating. It felt fucking bitter.”
Gianna’s constant teasing is also one things I loved , the contrast between her joyful personality and Christian’s dark one is so fun to read. This heroine’s vulnerability is heartbreaking , reading about someone who wants to be loved so bad but who also is so scared of being abandoned so she chooses not letting herself go made my hurt. Especially when she has someone who is devoted to her but she’s so blind to see it. I remember reading and thinking I just want this woman to be happy. Gianna is just a wonderful female character I don’t even know what other word I could use to describe her.
⁃ “So, naturally, when Christian Allister showed up to the get-together at Ace’s penthouse, looking like an asshole and every woman’s wet dream, I’d shut the door in his face”
My favorite dialogue from this book is :
⁃ “I can’t marry another man I don’t know.”
⁃ His voice was rough, dipped in something sharp. “I’ve told you more about myself than I’ve ever told anyone else.”
⁃ “That’s not a good enough reason for me to marry you, Christian.”
⁃ “Fine.” He shook his head, his eyes flashing with darkness. “How about because I love you, Gianna? Because I think I have since the moment I saw you? Because if you weren’t in this world anymore, I would find a way to take myself out of it?”
The way my eyes opened when I read this ….. this man who has never felt any positive feelings confessed first that he loved her because he couldn’t bare the thought of her leaving him after having a taste of what it would be like to be with her forever ….. truly the maddest obsession.
This dialogue and the last chapter made me feel so full of happiness I have never wanted a couple to have a happy ending as much as I wished one for christiangianna. They deserved it more than anyone after all the went thru , they found what they both need in one another and full filled all their dreams together.
I hope we can get a novella of them one day ! I would die to see more domestic scenes of christiangianna.
You’ve done it again!!
Two beautifully written and captivating couples who are the peak of romance couples. Lori you never fail to amaze us. Christian and Gianna are the most riveting couple I have ever had the experience to read. You could not find two of the most different characters but together they match each other and deliver the most thrilling story ever. I loved them when we met them both in The Sweetest oblivion and I loved them even more in their own book.
Gianna being the softest, cutest, sexiest airhead and Christian falling for her the first time he set eyes on her. They own me!!!
I loved them so much and I am so happy they got the perfect family that they both deserve. I just know baby Kat has the best parents on earth who would do absolutely everything for her and more.
I can’t forget about my Nico Elena crumbs which were so soft. I miss my family. Miss Lori I am still waiting on their domestic novella.
“When you’re obsessed with something for so long and finally obtain it? It feels like coming home to God. And nobody gives up their fucking spot in Heaven.”
After the first book in the Made Series, The Sweetest Oblivion, I had no idea how Danielle Lori was going to follow it up. Oftentimes a series starts off so strong but then goes downhill. Not with this series, though. I found myself enjoying both books through and through and both have a very special place in my heart. The Maddest Obsession tells the story of Christian Allister, a dirty FBI agent, and Gianna Marino, Nicolas Russo’s stepmother who we met in TSO. I loved both characters individually and together and I applaud the author for having the talent to be able to do this in all her books. The angst and tension in this book was truly top tier and the banter was the icing on top of the cake. Truly one of the best mafia books I’ve read- I don’t see how this series isn’t more popular.
Christian Allister
→ I liked Chrisitian in TSO and absolutely loved him in his own book. While Nico is more impulsive and reckless, Christian is more outwardly calm and calculated. He is just as (if not more) obsessive and possessive. But he is also aware of Gianna’s boundaries and provides her with what she needs. He never oversteps where she is concerned. He may not have that many people in his life, but he cares for the ones he does. It’s hard to find NA books where the H always is respectful of the h, and this was a breath of fresh air.
Gianna Marino
→ I love all the men in the Made Series, but the women are the ones who really make it for me. Gianna is another fantastic female character and an absolute delight to read about. She has more layers than anyone else in this series. She’s a quirky hot mess, but she’s also somewhat alone and afraid. She does drugs, gets arrested, is loud, but on the other side she gives her expensive shoes to a prostitute, learns Russian for Christian, and dotes on her child. In my previous review I said that I love sweet heroines a lot, but ones like Gianna are also some of my favorites. She’s impossible to dislike.
“I’ve thought about you so much you’re mine now.” It was a growl that lowered into a threat. “You’re lucky you didn’t let him touch you, Gianna, because I really don’t like it when people touch my things.”
Other thoughts:
→ Christian waiting for Gianna throughout two marriages?? Who does it like him??
→ Christian wearing Gianna’s hair tie for years. The small details played such a big role in my enjoyment of the book.
→ The pregnancy trope – I wish we had more of it because it ended up being kinda rushed towards the end, but I loved it regardless.
→ Christian talking about how Gianna is teaching their daughter how to cook when she’s just 1. Such an amazing family, they are EVERYTHING.
→ Gianna being tricked into a relationship by Christian was the best part of the book. They’re amazing.
4/5 stars. I absolutely love.
The Maddest Obsession is the second book of the Made series and I literally have no words as to how much I love these characters. Their relationship is everything and the moments that led up to where they are now, crushed me in the best way.
Gianna is definitely one of my all time favorite characters. I always talk about how I have all these different kinds of favorite characters but this one specifically owned me from the very first chapter. I love Gianna’s ability to do the things she loves no matter what people think of her. From her vulnerable moments I felt for her. Felt for the way she felt like she wasn’t enough but she was always more than enough for Christian. I understand the way she felt about certain things and not wanting to go to that extent with someone else, but I loved that when it came to Christian, it was easy for her to simply feel. To be able to feel all these emotions and not have to think twice if it’s right or wrong because a feeling simply is.
Christian Allister will most definitely be one of my favorite male characters. His obsession and love for Gianna was one of the things that was really interesting in the story and caught my eye. I really liked his care for his brother and his unconditional love for Gianna. Yes unconditional and yes love because it was obvious from the thoughts he had towards her and the feelings that were always felt deeply for him when it came to her. Christian’s character was enjoyable to read about because even when he seemed like this guy that simply obsessed over this one special person, it was always so deep and raw and real.
The author’s way of writing Christian and Gianna’s story made sense and was done in such a good way. It was nice to see how it really started with them and the build up to their relationship. All in all this book was so easy to connect with and to feel for the characters and the moments they had together. Whether it came with love or heartache.
This is definitely one of the best mafia books out there. I don’t know how Danielle Lori keeps doing this but her writing is impeccable and so satisfying! Couldn’t put it down till I finished.
Gianna and Christian are perfect together, their tension and chemistry are phenomenal. The banter is on another level. I was really reluctant to let them go and wished we had seen more of them as a couple.
Gianna is such a likeable heroine and different from typical female characters in mafia books. She doesn’t take shit from anyone and is so sassy. Loved her so much. Watching her falling in love with Christian was especially sweet since her life has been quite tragic.
Christian is one of my favorite book boyfriends. The fact that he has been obsessed with Gianna for years while she barely paid him any attention made my heart melt. But he still was very respectful of her boundaries because he knew how important it was to her. Loved him so much, and I nearly cried when what had happened in his childhood got revealed.
I definitely recommend reading this book if you haven’t done so yet. You’ll fall in love with it.
4.5/5 stars.
Sorry, Nicoelena got me so they got 5.
The Maddest Obsession (Made #2) follows the story of Gianna and Christian.
Now, I have to admit that when I was introduced to the characters in the first book The Sweetest Oblivion they caught my attention.
I’m telling y’all Danielle Lori writes sexual tension scenes like nobody else. The tension and angst!! First with Nico and Elena, now with Christian and Gianna… I’m obsessed.
The hero. Christian Allister. Christian’s obsession with Gianna goes back many years, with
him falling for her the first time he saw her. Still not okay.
I loved Gianna’s fierce and sassy personality. She’s also so soft and just wanted to protect her. My heart ached when I read some of her scenes. I’d team up with Christian to end anyone who hurt her.
Won’t lie, the book was kinda frustrating. They have lost so many years of being together just because there was a lack of communication. But they got their happy ending.
Now, the whole ‘I don’t kiss’ thing had me screaming.
How many women did you kiss in Seattle? His eyes were steady pools of dark blue. He didn’t answer me, but he didn’t have to. He didn’t kiss. A heady sense of satisfaction filled me.
Then why, oh why, Officer, do you kiss me?
“I’m going to ruin every part of your body for any other man, malyshka, and you’re going to thank me when I’m done.”
“Would you visit my grave if I died?”
His eyes grew dark.
“I’d die before you were ever in a grave, malyshka .”
I can’t. I love them. Goodbye.
Ps: Definitely a must read for mafia and enemies to lovers book lovers.
Ps2: love nicoelena crumbs <3
Danielle Lori has done it once again!! This book is arguably my favourite romance. ok if all time. OMG. I’m literally speechless.
I’ve been so excited to read this since book 1 and I couldn’t wait to see more of again a & Christian. Everything about this book was perfect. Their banter, little arguments, their CHEMISTRY??? Everything was off the charts and I couldn’t get enough.
Gianna is by far one of my favourite heroines – she is SO hilarious and super cute and I just loved her so much. She’s been through so much and watching her overcome all her adversities and grow into such an amazing loving and quirky woman was a joy to read.
Christian was also on another level! I loved his obsession (it’s one of my favourite tropes) and I loved literally everything about him. He also had a difficult past to put it lightly, and watching him move past that and let himself love Gianna was so satisfying to read.
Again, this is by far one of my most favourite books and I can’t get over how much i loved it!!!
