Always enjoy Nora!
well written
I like series where the same characters appear. Also, you can see what is happening in their lives after the original book. These characters I did not enjoy as much as some of the author’s series. The brothers are all different and the books will keep your interest. Most of the women characters are strong. They pair well with the male characters.
It’s Nora Roberts – the same types of characters that somehow you still want to see what happens to them.
Nora Roberts has been my favorite author since I began read her books.
She can inject humor, sadness and romance together to project a book you don’t want to stop reading until the end, then wish it went further to let the reader know what happens as the characters grow.
Always reccomend a nora Robert’s ending. Always a happy ending. Fun read, as usual. Thanks, Nora!
All of these short romantic stories were lovely and easy to read. Quite enjoyable.
Well written romance story of a family whose lives parallel to people of the past ( Civil War times).
The excellence I always expect of Nora Roberts.
I love any series books and this was no exception. Ms. Roberts is gifted in keeping the reader’s attention with great story line. This series is no exception.
I have enjoyed all of the Nora Roberts books I’ve read and so far this series holds true!
I love this set of books. The MacKades are great heroes. And the women they love are a great match for them. Nora Roberts writes strong men and women. These four books are some of the finest category books I’ve read. Nora Roberts has a way of writing families that immerses you in their world. I’ve read these books several times over the years–they were originally published in the nineties. The latest time just now, but they didn’t feel dated. I can’t pick a favorite. Whichever one I’m reading is my favorite. If you want good, solid romances complete with happily ever afters (and a touch of paranormal) give these books a try.
I wish I could find a McCade for myself!
