Another great story in this series! This one has a journalist and a shifter with a great storyline and fab characters. Filled with some action and adventure you will be hooked!
Shane August, also known as the Lone Wolf is a killer. He has been exacting revenge on the people who changed him into this creature. Aubrey Greene is a journalist student and finds out about him. She is determined to write a fair and honest article without emotion or bias. Aubrey finds herself in trouble she did not expect and now she will find out if Shane is good underneath his exterior or not.
This is an action packed paranormal romance between a woman and a wolf shifter. The characters are interesting and personable. The story is well written and easy to read. It holds the reader’s interest until the end. This book is part of the Somerset series and each book deals with a different couple but there is a underlying mystery that goes through all the books. I enjoyed the interaction between the two main characters and the heated scenes. It is a great rest if you like paranormal romances with a bit more added.

First let me state that I received an Advance Reader Copy, (ARC), but this in no way influences my review. I always leave an honest review.
Holy shiznet!!! This story was gr8, and I can’t wait to read the next one. Aubrey is one tough cookie. When I first read of her, (just little clips from other stories), I thought she was sweet and kinda weak. But no way. This story was awesome. Anywho, I recommend this read. 5Thumbs up
Also this book is now called “The Lycan’s Redemtion”
Heart pounding action, sexy fun witty banter, emotionally thrilling adventure filled with danger, dark secrets, intriguing charters and smoking hot passion…. a exciting read from beginning to end. Great reading.
An Education in Punishment by Isadora Brown is the sixth book in The Somerset Supernaturals Series. This book focuses on Aubrey Greene, a senior and journalism major at Somerset University who writes expose articles for the school’s newspaper. Due to Aubrey’s willingness to expose a covert corrupt government agency’s practices, she becomes the focus of some unsavory people involved with this group. This is a wonderful book full of intrigue, mystery, the paranormal, and a surprise romance between two people who are both fighting a battle for truth and justice. I loved the suspenseful buildup of the character’s interactions and was hooked until the last sentence. An Education in Punishment is an amazing adventure filled with suspense and a surprising romance!
I loved this installment of the series just as much as the others! Aubrey and her Lone Wolf Shane had a long way to go for their HEA but in the end that’s what they got.

The articles Aubrey has been writing were about the so called Lone Wolf. Shane had no desire to be changed. His team was trapped and surrounded.
He was dying when he came awake in that military hospital. He was not given a choice about living, or a choice about being changed into a werewolf. A military experiment to make the men themselves the weapons.
The doctor who developed the serum that changed those men had thought he was helping keep more young men from dying.
In writing another article exposing the NDS as a group of fae controlled vengeance seekers, Aubrey earns being held and renditions.
A lucky woman to find passion for her writing- and for a certain male or two- will she be lucky enough to survive and reap the returns on that?
Intense KU read!
