Likable characters in realistic situations. Learning experience. Understand more about the occupations. Well done. Didn’t care fur the F***words. Unnecessary and detracting. Out of character for the woman using it.
Charming and funny characters explore all aspects of weddings.
I loved reading this book on my Summer vacation by the sea!. A great Beach Book!
Great ideas for brides with story set in English small town. The wedding shop is a wonderful magical place with believable characters getting into comical mischief.
This story was entertaining and the characters were amusing and believable.
Lovely English characters, mannerisms, culture. Two lost souls finding themselves. Good read even if a bit over wrought at times.
I enjoyed reading this book, though at times it felt a little prolonged. The humor in it often made me smile, but there were no true laugh out loud moments for me. Overall, I liked the characters, and the descriptive style.
Great book! It is an easy read and quite enjoyable.
Editing for spelling and grammar could have been better; made reading somewhat less than pleasurable at times
really liked reading cant wait to read other in series
It was a fun read. Nothing really deep, but not childish either. For me, the predictability isn’t as important as how a story builds and reaches its inevitable end. “The Little Wedding Shop by the Sea” did that. It took me on a merry ride, away from myself and led me on a fine trip. The only thing I wonder, about is, the amount of British slang used, almost as if it were being forced to make it “believably British”. I enjoy reading books that take place in England, but in this book, I’m questioning so much slang–why was it pushed so hard? Other that that, a lovely book!
A marvelous lite read. Fun & quite entertaining through out. Not to heavy subject matter & relaxing.
So fun. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
such a cute story!
Fully developed story. Long enough to tell a good story.
Fantastic book for on the road. You can relate to each character and it leaves just enough undone that you want more.
OK read, rather predictable plot and characters. Some good humor.
Of its kind, it had fairly believable characters and an unbelievable plot. I still was interested and finished it. Quite strong beginning but the ending was weak. I don’t feel that the characters went from strong to silly by the end. The writing flowed well
