This book was a great story about a woman survivor of a terrible plague.
More like an installment than a stand-alone book. No thank you.
This one was hard to put down. It was so well written that even though I have dementia I was able to follow it the whole way through. I really loved this one!
To much fluff. Author trying to fill pages.
Great series. Strong female character. Just loved it!!!!
This has gotten me into books about future probabilities and scary times.
I loved this book, read it in two days, and immediately ordered the sequel. The characters are real and with the exception of two minor “bad guys” who are nonetheless typical of some people, the characters are well written and act true to themselves, even if their choices are not immediately understandable. I loved the opening chapters. Cannot recommend this book enough. Since joining Bookbub, I ordered a few disasters, but this author is really good.
Very original story, but not a stand alone book. Quite interesting, are one want to continue with the whole series.
loved this book.
I have only read this first book of the series. I hope the rest continue to be as interesting.
I’ve read a fair amount of ‘the world has been decimated by a plague’ books but I found this to be an original storyline that was a good read.
The scenario could easily happen to our world. Not just the United States.
While it was an interesting story, it was not interesting enough for me to continue the story with the next book
I really enjoyed this book. I’ve read others in this genre but this is a very good read. Looking forward to another in this series.
Good book and an easy read with a sympathetic lead character.
Great book; there is also Last Woman 2, which I had to get to see how the story ends. Loved them both!
Very good read, i couldnt put the book down!
Too many post apocalyptic books focus on zombies. There are no zombies here, just a plausible viral outbreak and how normal people would handle a devastating situation. I can’t wait to read the next book!
A good read
Different twist on the apocalyptic genre. Easy to read. Is part of a series which you need to keep reading to find out what happens further into the story. Leaves you hanging at the end of first book.
