The Last Unicorn (The Last Unicorn #1-6) by Peter B. Gillis (Adaptor), Peter S. Beagle, Renae De Liz (illustrator), Ray Dillon (illustrator) is a wonderful graphic adaptation of the novel. Gorgeous illustrations, easy to read fonts, followed story well, touching story, thought provoking, and I just loved it! A nice change from a normal novel. I got this book from the library.
I don’t know what to say that hasn’t been said about this book before. It is simple and beautiful. The words are perfect. It makes my heart swell. It makes me weep. It is one of the best books ever written. Read it. Read it to somebody. Take it into your heart and weep.
probably my expectations were too high for this book. I loved some parts and sometimes I was really dissapointed.
This book will entertain you, make you laugh, make you cry and teach you things. It will touch your heart.
Always makes me tear up – I love this book!
I like unicorns

If you ever read this book, then read Two Hearts after, you will cry
I love this!
Brilliant fantasy book. Has it all. One to reread again and again.
This along with LoTR started my enduring love of fantasy. It’s one of the few books I’ve read many times over the years. It has never lost its magic for me.
A classic
Fantasy at it’s best. Love the cat.
This is one of my all-time favorite stories.
I haven’t read The Last Unicorn in the last thirty years. There was a time I read it over and over again. I picked up this copy at a library sale, eager to read it again after so long.
It absolutely withstood the test of time. The story is always original. The themes are enduring, and will continue to endure forever.
From a time when beautiful writing and fantasy went hand in hand, The Last Unicorn might be the perfect book.
Beautiful pictures, one of my younger daughter’s favorites.
I read other books by Peter S. Beagle and enjoyed them so much. I read them years ago and remember I liked his writing.
I love this book. I need to go read it again. It was so good they made a movie from it.
Gorgeous. One of my favourite stories. A beautiful tale about a unicorn ends up being about what it means to be human — love, loss, and everything in between. I love the graphic novel even more than the novel and movie. The artwork is breathtaking.
Peter S. Beagle is unbeatable. This is one of his classics.
