Hot, very well written short with attention to details and great capturing of the BDSM theme. Yup, just right!
5+ stars for this novella! A.G. Carothers left me wanting even more from this world in the best sense. It’s original and absolutely captivating. This grabbed my attention and never let go.
Despite being a novella, the character development is among the best I’ve seen. The way the characters grew and found themselves and each other really resonated with me. The chemistry between the main characters was off the chart hot. Not only that but the secondary characters were fully developed as well. The author’s world building was exceptional and I hope they continue giving more stories from this.
I have to address the storyline on two levels. The first is the overall arc and the way it pulled me in. The author flawlessly weaved magic that made me connect immediately with the story. It truly was a journey despite the length. I also want to mention a very important point. This is one of the most respectful and accurate BDSM books I’ve read. While it wasn’t all kinks I enjoy I loved the novella because of how the author went about it. Aside from that, I appreciate how A.G. Carothers gave such a look into the complexity of people and sexuality. It spoke to me on such a deep level that I can only note how grateful I am for these words.
5+ stars for unconventional and mesmerizing words!
A kiss is not just a kiss
Wow! This novella packs quite the sensual punch. Liam and Gavin are both searching for something that’s missing in their lives. What they find is unexpected yet wholly beautiful. “He was everything I didn’t know I needed.” I love Liam’s design work and his sense of humor, and how Gavin takes care of Liam. But best of all are the lovely possibilities they find with each other.
I found the explanations of the various terms very helpful and they put me in the right mindset. I very much enjoyed the ending with the author’s reflection. I found their honesty brave and refreshing. A very sexy read that will leave you panting for more.
What a great fast reading enjoyable short story about a sub looking for more, after seeing a whip demo at the club Steele decided that it might be just what he needs to try, so he approached Hightower, as they start spending time together, maybe they can find what they both have been searching for.
Omg this was exactly what I desired with bdsm scenes
Two strong men, roles clear, heavy impact, scenes with beautiful dominance and submissions, but even more maybe the care and the many feelings involved.
Liam can’t get into the right headspace. He’s not looking for love but wants to find the right ride. He gets an advice from a Dom to approach Dom Gavin for heavy impact with a bully of a whip. He can find him once a month at the Men’s Night Event.
Liam try to approach the dominant man and failed somewhere the first time to gain a scene.
What follows later on is too great to capture in words… gosh it was everything.
Some words maybe, trust, awe, care, erotic, sensuality, love.
When you love some excellent written bdsm relationship story read this!
For me this could be written as an endlessly continuation.
Highly recommended!
