Not quite what I expected but enjoyed the story nonetheless. Interesting characters. I’ll be looking for more in this series even though this book easily stood alone.
Too slow starting out – did not grab me – did not finish it
Very good read a little slow in spots good page turner.
It was well written and believable .
Cleverly written with great characters and a storyline that touches history itself. a great read!
Thin of prose, lacking credibility.
Not as good as his others
After chapter 12 I gave up. Wasn’t going anywhere.
Sorry this was not a good book. Did the audible version just couldn’t finish it. Sophomoric. I stuck it out hoping it would have something. 2 hours and I just couldn’t stand it anymore. The plot and dialogue were an insult to anyone over the age of 9. Tom Clancy it ain’t.
A nice read, but the book was a bit wordy. It took me 5 or 6 chapters to really understand the story. I even put it down for some time, deciding whether to continue reading. Glad I did, because it did finally get interesting. Some of the situations were a little unrealistic, but it is fiction.
I liked the history, the team involved is not the brightest bunch. Won’t be continuing with the series.
Too boring.
Gripping and hard to put down.
Did not like it. Stopped reading after several chapters.
Ending was very disjointed and left a lot hanging.
I really like these Harvey (Ben) Bennett books. The Jefferson Legacy was a great addition to the series. The story is packed with action, the plot is twisty, and the characters are full of life!
