Best Day Ever: When your fated mate washes up on the beach like a gift from the sea.DesmondI’d nearly resigned myself to a life alone when the sea brings me a beautiful omega who smells like heaven. I realize he’s mine, and I’ll do anything to protect him. He doesn’t know how he got here. He doesn’t even know his name, but he feels our connection. I wait for his memory to return, but no matter … return, but no matter what happened in his past, I won’t let it take him from me.
Jonah
I woke up on a beach with a big, gorgeous man standing over me. I can’t even remember my name. I should be afraid, but I’m not. This man feels safe, his touch comforting. Even when I learn he’s actually a dragon, I’m not intimidated. He’s caring and protective, and he wants a big, loving family just like I do. I don’t want to think about my past, only my time with Desmond. But when my old life catches up with me, I’ll have to find a way to face my past while protecting my future.

Such a cool story! I loved everything about this one! The author did a great job with characters and their emotions!
The Island Dragon’s Mate by Silvia Violet is the fourth book in the Lonely Dragon’s Club series. I cannot get enough of these dragons and the men they love. This story is written in dual pov and I really loved getting to know Desmond better. He is a dragon after my own heart.
Desmond lives on an island that he owns. He loves the beach; he collects shells and sea glass. Okay, he hoards them really. Loves marine life so he set up a rescue for them. He does know he cannot hoard dolphins but hey he can help them thrive and go back into the wild.
I loved meeting Desmond. He is sweet, kind, and a little more laid back then his friends. He is also fierce and loyal after all he is a dragon at heart.
Jonah, well he got washed up onto Desmond’s island. He has no memory but feels connected to Desmond from the get-go. Jonah is a complex and complicated character much more than he initially seems.
Overall, I really loved this story. Lots of love, a little bit of angst and a whole lot of discovery for both of these men. I hope there is more in this series. I would love to see where it goes next and who will fall in love.
Five SHooting Stars
The Island Dragon’s Mate by Silvia Violet is the fourth book in the Lonely Dragon’s Club series. It is a fun m/m romance with a dragon shifter and his fated mate. Desmond and Jonah are a great couple of characters and their story made me smile and laugh, delivering mystery, magic and an mpreg.
Adored this book. Highly recommended to all.
This is a delightfully sweet & enjoyable Mpreg dragon shifter romance but sadly it is the last & final book in this series. The well-pace plot is entertaining & there are a few unusual situations. The well-developed characters are interesting & have good chemistry between them. I particularly liked the way Desmond & Jonah handled the despicable ex.
There is: a rather reclusive male alpha dragon (Desmond) longing for a mate comes across a male omega (Jonah) washed up on the beach & Desmond will do anything to claim & protect him, Jonah’s manipulative ex (Dr. Anthony Martin), some twists, drama, loneliness, longings, friendship, discovery, amnesia, attractions, mates, emotional feelings, trust issues, vulnerability, doubts, friendly advice, verbal banter, discovery, fascination, acceptance, memories, confrontations, verbal conflict, attempted blackmail, determination, contentment, love, steamy scenes & a wonderful epilogue with a marvelous conclusion. I look forward to future books from this talented author & would recommend this book (& the series, each book can be read as a standalone) to people who like to read this genre.
Desmond and Jonah’s love story was sweet and fast. I loved Desmond’s protective dragon and how Jonah felt immediately comfortable with him even though he was suffering from memory loss. This was a cute and short story to warm your heart.
