Just started! Really good….,
I loved this book it was a page turner it was unpredictable very entertaining I couldn’t wait to finish it
Highly recommended this book
Liane Moriarity is a talented writer. The Husband’s Secret is the first of this author’s books that I read. The story is original, with well developed characters. This book is good enough that it convinced me to read more of Ms. Moriarity’s novels. That’s pretty high praise in my book. (No pun intended.)
Her best book – and I’ve read them all. It kept you guessing until the end. Loved it.
The Husband’s Secret is a terrific book—mysteries, secrets and twists wrapped up inside a family story. It’s been several years since I read the book but the page turning plot and realistic, sympathetic characters are still vivid in my memory. If you’re a Liane Moriarty fan, don’t miss her latest novel, Nine Perfect Strangers!
I liked the story as well as the characters. It was interesting to learn about all of their baggage, how some reconnected, and moved on with their lives. I would recommend it.
I have read every book by this author and have Loved ALL of them. This was a very good book
The author holds your attention as the mystery is slowly unwrapped. Easy to relate to the characters.
I love the world’s that Lianne Moriaty builds and how they characters are so deftly tied together.
I love Liane Moriarty. She keeps me engaged all the way through her books. This is the third book I have read by her and I am always anxious to read another.
I loved all the characters and their development through the book. Very well written, and also the narrator was very easy to listen too.
I’ve read all of her books. Big fan!!!!!
I did not put this book down. It is a book club favorite. The twists keep coming!
I was pulled into this story by the title. It raised questions in my mind and set me off on a journey of discovery. There are several characters whose lives are interwove, and the author goes back and forth between them. The more I read, the more mysterious the story – awesome! The secrets were told or unraveled themselves in a curious and delightful way. And…I absolutely loved the epilogue. While it’s not usually an exciting part of the book, Liane wraps up the story in an unusual “what if?” way. She starts with “There are so many secrets about our lives we’ll never know.” That line sums up the book perfectly.
Lots of surprises!
I read this book at the recommendation of a friend. The story drew me in to the point that it was a one nighter. I had to know how it was going to end. I was a little disappointed with how it ended, but I understand why it had to be that way. Overall, it was a great experience and I hope others get to enjoy this one.
Well crafted tale of intermingled lives of three interesting women. Easy to root for all of them. Interesting how it all turns out–lots happens even after the reveal of the eponymous secret. Look elsewhere for a symopsis. Give this one a try. An enjoyable read.
Well written. Great plot. Should make an excellent movie. Good mystery.
Lots of twists and turns into relationships both known and unknown between characters. Unexpected ending.
