Her books are great and always a twist in the road
I enjoy this author. She did a good job developing the characters and giving us a surprise ending.
One small action sets off a series of reactions in this realistic portrayal of people in a suburban community. Well written, I couldn’t put the book down until the end.
This book was full of suspense. A really good read.
Kept my interest, enjoyed the characters.
This book was a great read.
This book is a fast read with some detailed descriptions of the main characters. It’s a well-spun story.
This book talks about several women’s lives become intertwined and how the power of forgiveness can impact relationships. One husband keeps an unthinkable secret. Another confesses his error. The personalities of the characters create varying responses to their situations but those responses affect everyone.
very predictable
A book I could not put down. A book about residents in a small town and how their lives intertwined with many tragic links to one another. Will look for more books by this author.
Great Read! Just a little confusing in the beginning (getting the characters straight), but worked it out pretty quickly. Really enjoyed the variety of characters and their interactions. It was hard to put down all the way to the end (must read the epilogue).
I really enjoyed. So sad, but gripping at the same time.
I loved the characters and the hint of humor among the drama. It was an easy read that kept me trying to figure out how it was going to end. It really made me think
Terrible writing. I returned it.
I realize that the author was trying to show how many unknown “actors” can affect our lives, but there were a few too many coincidences to make it truly believable.
I love Liane’s style of writing and although what she writes about doesn’t happen as frequently as it does in her books, you can see where it could very well be possible.
Without giving anything away, I will say this story is about the resulting consequences of secrets, betrayals, and guilt. The consequences do not just affect the person and their actions, but have far reaching consequences beyond themselves and their own families. I could not put this book down. Highly recommend it!
Best ending ever. Could never have guessed. Game changer
Astounding story of interconnected lives and human frailty. Poignant, hilarious, wide-eyed look at humanity in its glory and decadence. Another brilliant tale from Liane Moriarty set in Austrailia.
Excellent story, loved this book!!
