The stunning Hunger Games trilogy is complete! The extraordinary, ground breaking New York Times bestsellers The Hunger Games and Catching Fire, along with the third book in The Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins, Mockingjay, are available for the first time ever in e-book. Stunning, gripping, and powerful.
I really like this book. I especially like this book because I am a Hunger Games Fangirl. We get to learn more about the twisted brain a Coriolanius Snow, who is the President in the events of the Hunger Games. We also get to learn about why he hates Katniss so much. He hates her because she reminds him of a certain someone.
I read this trilogy a few years back, saw the films, loved the stories in both formats. If you like dystopian stories, this trilogy is for you.
I’ve read this series a few times. I think it is a very well written dystopia. When I first read the description of Hunger Games, I thought it was a morbid plot. Although the Games are horrible, I love the character and story development.
First book is the best. And overall story is great!
I read the novels after watching the films, enjoyed both but was a tad disappointed with the ending 🙁 Did the author run out of steam?
I want to start off by saying I can’t believe the I haven’t read this book ever. I must be living under a rock all these years. Let me say I loved this book. Now I understand why everyone loves this book so much. I couldn’t put this book down. Cant wait for book 2 handbook 3. I love our main female character Katniss she is so strong and fearful of …
it is amazing i love it so far i am finishing the 2nd book but i love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Hunger Games is my favorite YA series. I love the way Collins is able to develop an entire world and quality characters without anything lacking. These books have kept me entertained time and time again when I need to fall-back on some well-known comfort.
If you’re looking for a series that would leave you thinking up until the very last page, this one is for you. I couldn’t get over The Hunger Games for years now.
Suzanne Collins introduced us to an era of segmented dystopia that reigned over bookstores and libraries for years as other authors took her baton and absolutely sprinted with it. Her portrayal of PTSD is almost upsettingly accurate and I thoroughly enjoyed the series.
I loved this book
Dark, hopeful, engaging. You won’t be able to put it down or get it out of your head.
Could not put it down.
These books are some of the best I’ve read, the charactors, the setting, even the background on what the storys about, I haven’t been able to put them down!
I highly recommend this series, and not just for young people. Katniss is a strong, original character not a stereotype. In order to protect her little sister, she volunteers for a deadly contest. This sci fi drama presents us with a suppressive society that we would not like to be a part of, but Katniss brings us hope.
Ahhh I love this book! Love the storyline and is now one of my favorite books definitly recommend it!
This whole series was awesome. The third book was my least favorite. Great utopian novel, but pretty dark
One of my favorite series
The Hunger Games were a surprise to me, as I don’t generally read young adult fiction. I got caught up in the dilemma Katniss finds herself in and the story is absorbing. Loved it.
Not a light or pleasant read in all areas. I liked the undertones and how you’re given several things to think about in an indirect and serious way. Good writing. I liked it.
