Light reading, amusing
This book is really weird. Supposedly the assassin is the mother of several children and can’t handle both jobs, Mother, and killer. After the first chapter I could not stand it. Ish.
Started better than it finished. I liked the snarky comments about suburbia.
This book was clever! The plot was cute and it ended too soon!
An unexpected whodunit of espionage. Delightful!
This book is ridiculous in the best way possible. I laughed my through it even as it grabbed hold of my emotions and set me on a roller coaster ride. My favorite book of the summer!
I thought it was well written. An excellent read. I can’t wait to read the next in the series.
This book had no redeeming features. It was boring, with no discernable plot. I didn’t finish it.
Great!!! Loved it!!!
Just a fun read!
This book just doesn’t feel believable. Not even in the broadest perspective.
this was so much fun. great reading on the beach, cold winter day, whenever
Dumb!!!!
Clever plot twists and turns, with chapter intros that contain a sensible housewife’s advice that turns caustic. Plenty of sex and raunchy situations, so beware if that’s not to your taste. She sets up the series well, although I would have preferred that the bad guy died in the end.
Great fun. Think Mr. and Mrs. Smith with a twist. When Donna’s husband disappears she is recruited by a private security firm that subcontracts to the CIA as an assassin. Her biggest assignment pairs her with anew partner to stop a terrorist attack. But things are not what they seem. I look forward to the next installment. .
A super fun read when you just want to escape wishing that maybe you could be a little like the main character. Quick easy and whitty
Written for a particular audience. Did not find characters credible. Would classify book primarily for women who lack something in their love life.
kinda boring, from the language used to the subject it covers. I didn’t find any humour in it
All of Josie Brown’s books are interesting but not well written. Too many improbable situations, solutions.
