Stumbled upon this book, now i want more! Very entertaining!!
Not to spoil the ending, but it did seem more than usually far fetched. Witty openings to chapters tho.
Loved it very entertaining
It was good enought to finish, but I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s the kind of mediocre novel that would make a great movie — a few inventive plot twists and some likeable characters that could be finessed into a fun popcorn flick.
Enjoyed this book a lot!
Many tears in this book from laughing so hard. Wonderful!
Clever twist
Good read. Unusual characters.
Right of the bat- trashy. Big disappointment!
Not a fan of this book. In fact could not even finish.
Good summer read, light and didn’t require too much thought
If your idea of a good time is reading about a mother of three worrying about being late to pick her kids up, as she is handcuffed to a bed, wearing only a thong that gets smacked off her by a riding crop-toting mafioso, then after his hit, the mom slithers back into her 12-year-old daughter’s skirt, rushes off to get the kids, changes into her …
The Housewife Assassin’s handbook was entertaining. It’s predictable, but a nice light read for a hot summer evening.
i expected something slightly more realistic.
Just not my style of writing.
Bad language and content. Not worth wading through.
I loved this book, lots of twists and romance, but not too heavy for a heavy subject.
Enjoyed this book so much I immediately purchased book 2. Book 2 was too much for me, in that the heroine is having intimate relations with two men and uses flimsy excuses for doing so ( don’t want to give away too much and ruin the story) for other readers. It changed the way I felt about the lead character. I am still debating purchasing Book 3.
Excellent writing. Very good plot. I loved the housewife/young mother/assassin dichotomy. The housekeeping tips were great. And the child raising advice very good. I figured out the bad guy a little too soon though. Was a little disappointed when Donna didn’t figure it out sooner. Especially when Carl practically told her.
So unlikely it was big fun! The woman had nerves of steel and a tender heart!
