Blame Calvin’s upcoming thirtieth birthday. Blame being single and deep in the closet. Blame all his friends for getting married. Or just blame the alcohol for how Calvin uses his best man speech to propose a “homiemoon” to the only other bachelor in the group.Facing the same life milestone, Adam’s also uneasy. Is something wrong with him? Why hasn’t he met a nice girl by now? Taking a trip with … trip with his old college buddy sounds like a good way to clear his head.
Once Calvin is sober, he sees that taking a trip alone with a man he’s wanted for the past decade is a terrible idea. But with the encouragement of some YouTube supporters, the idea takes hold. The two men – and Calvin’s friendly greyhound – set out on a road trip along the East Coast.
Calvin tries to keep his distance, not wanting to let Adam glimpse the secret he’s been keeping for so long. But their proximity’s also making Adam question his assumptions about himself – and his heterosexuality.
When their mutual interest turns physical, will they realize their feelings run deeper than simple lust? And if they do, what will happen when they have to return to real life?
(This 200-page M/M romance has a happy ending and no cliffhangers!)

Lest we forget, the daily live videos of their ‘homiemoon’ to share with a growing fan base. Cataloging their journey created an entire fantasy world among the supporters who wanted to see them as a real couple. Everyone saw the connection but the two parties involved.
The trip is over. Only memories are left of their intimacy. Will an online fan forum help bring these two together? Calvin and Adam took quite a journey together. Can love finally meet its destination?

Calvin thought that by 30 he would have some direction in his life; and maybe have that special someone to settle down with. But now at yet another friend’s wedding Calvin is struggling to hide the fact that he’s gay and he wants the happiness that all of his friends have. One drink too many prompts Calvin to propose – in his best man’s speech – a “homiemoon” trip with Adam – the only other single guy in their group of friends. Calvin thinks its perfect, they could go on a road trip together and then ring in their thirtieth birthdays. Along their journey the two men get closer then ever; and Adam who had previously thought he was straight is now questioning this attraction he feels toward Calvin. Cataloging their journeys via blog Adam and Calvin gain somewhat of a following and it’s not just them that see an attraction between them anymore – but a whole forum devoted to the potential between them. Will Adam be able to accept the fact he’s bi and will Calvin finally come out of the closet – could their love be worth it?
This is a short and sweet read featuring the friends to lovers and bi-awakening tropes. This is actually my second time reading this book and it’s still as cute and somewhat corny as ever. However, it’s one of those books that just sends flutters to your heart because it was so cute reading about these two men navigating their way through experimenting and figuring out there could be something more between them.
I would recommend giving this book a read!

Harper Logan does a good job of describing their changing feelings for each other. The awkwardness and insecurities that come with falling in love with your best friend. I liked that they don’t dwell on it too much but that they take it as it is. The other thing I appreciated in this story was the acceptance of their friends when Adam and Calvin finally tell them they are together.
The setting of social media and the role it plays in today’s society is nicely done.
***spoiler alert ***Calvin has had a thing for Adam but Adam said that he was straight! So he was a very drunk best man at his friend’s wedding, someone posted it on YouTube showing he said they should go on a homiemoon since they were the last of the group not married and their 30th birthday was coming up. Everyone agreed that they should do it in the comments and they set up a fund for them to go. When Adam saw what Calvin was watching on his phone, he realized that was why no one ever saw him on a date with a woman. Then he started looking at Calvin differently and said that he wanted to experiment then he was going back to women when they got home. They did a blog on their trip for the viewers and Tiffany started a forum and everyone thought that they should get together. Some made up stories about them and one got Calvin to thinking and he wrote a story to Adam about loving him and Adam told Calvin that he felt the same way! Love the ending! Great book!
These two friends set out to have a homiemoon. Both still single one closeted the other is lonely. They find themselves experimenting with things they never thought they would. But when the homiemoon is over can they go back to normal? I totally fel in love with these two guys, and their super sweet happy ending! I’m excited to read more from this author in the future
