It’s easy to convince the world that you have it all.
I was Quinn Miller––record breaking running back, professional football’s favorite rags-to-riches story, all-around good guy.
What’s not so easy? Repairing your reputation after mistakes both on and off the field leave you labeled as a disgrace to the league.
With only one team willing to give me a chance, I had no time for a … relationship.
But, after one night with Georgia Reed, the hopeless romantic with fiery red hair and an attitude to match, I was hooked.
With Georgia cheering me on, it didn’t feel like the world was against me anymore.
That was, until her father stepped into the locker room as my new head coach.
Finding the woman of my dreams was the easy part; it was keeping her that would be the hardest play of all.

Quinn and Georgia met at a friends party and now they meet again after a year in a bar they set up to go out so she can show him around the town. Quinn just got transferred to Atlanta and play on the football team. Quinn and Georgia start to get to know each other and want to spend more time together. There are some obstacles that could tear them apart. Great characters and storyline. Highly recommended. Amazing book.
5 TOUCHDOWN STARS!! Amazing!!! I read Quinn and Georgia’s story in one sitting. Their story had a little suspense, sexiness and love for family. The feels were off the charts and I loved everything about these characters. You definitely need this book in your life.
The Hardest Play takes all the stigmas, rash-judgment calls, and stereotypes and tells you where to shove them. This book is not only about a fantastic love story, but integrity, selfless acts, and being a better person. Quinn has had a rough life. He finally gets a break and relaxes just to have his world turned upside-down again. Georgia is a spunky, self-confident woman who goes for what she wants. They compliment each other so well. The chemistry is hot and saucy, but also sweet. Quinn keeps getting back up no matter how many hits he takes. He is the guy you want in your corner, the guy that never gives up on you. Georgia and Quinn show that how one turns out is not based on one’s upbringing. You can have a beautiful family or a horrible family and still come out on top. This was a very enjoyable book. The characters were easy to fall in love with and made you cheer them on. A delightful sports-romance read!
I received a free copy in exchange for my honest opinion.

5 Star Review The Hardest Play by A.S. Teague
A.S.Teague is a relatively new author to me and why that is I have no idea. This story was a compelling read with strong, likeable characters that drew me me in and had me captivated from the first to the last chapter.
I fell hard and fast for Quinn, there was so much to love about this man who was so loving, caring and protective, he really ticked all the boxes for me. Having overcome a challenging childhood, I so wanted Quinn to get the break and the happiness that he so richly deserved.
I loved Georgia, what a supportive, fiercely loyal woman she is. She showed Quinn just what a true partner should be and I would love to have her as a friend. The relationship that Quinn has with his sister Jamie, added to the emotional roller coaster as he struggled to balance his work and personal life.
This was a story that made me laugh, it also made me want to cry for all the hurts and wrongs of the past, but underneath that was a well written, story of love and determination to make a better life and I found it to be an entertaining read.
This is the third book in The Hardest Series and the first one I have read. I am going back to read the others in this series. Quinn has been traded to a new football team which takes him and his sister to Atlanta where he runs into Georgia. Quinn met Georgia at a Christmas party but once it was over, there was no way to contact her as neither one asked for a phone number. It seems that regardless of the time that has passed, the feelings that they had for each other are reignited and sparking anew. I love the banter between these two characters. Georgia is a spit fire who does not think sometimes and sticks her foot in her mouth but Quinn is a salve to her outbursts. Being on a new team has its own challenges made more intense when he realizes that his new coach is none other than Georgia’s father. Adding everything that Quinn has to deal with between his career, family and Georgia leads to one absorbing read from start to finish. I volunteered to read a copy of this book.
Quinn and Georgia’s sports romance story was amazing, it’s totally book boyfriend material, their interactions and how each character story evolves is great. The perfect sport romance, it checks all the marks. football star overcoming obstacles and finding in Georgia everything he needs and never saw coming, their journey is not easy but definitely a recommendation to read it. I love it and wish to hear the audiobook in the future.
If you’re into sexy football players, broken heroes, fiery heroines that won’t give up on their man and a little bit of emotional torture, then THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU!

A.S. Teague is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. I love how she creates a story that draws you in from the first page! Her books are full of emotions, and I love that she really digs deep into her characters and makes you fall so deeply in love with them!
Quinn & Georgia might be one of my favorite couples. I hated that Quinn had to deal with so much all by himself, but I have to say that I loved that Georgia was there and so dang strong!!! These two had me swooning and falling for them!
Such an amazing read! 5 Stars!!!
If you are looking for a different than normal sports romance then you have found it. I am all about a big tough caveman Alpha male who has or gets everything under control. This read you are not gonna find this.
Quinn has been traded to has to move to Georgia, due to dropping the ball, being late and having lame excuses as to why he sin;t doing his job. Quinn and his little sister Jamie who is his everything move and quickly run into Georgia the women he met at his best friend Christmas party, and these two start a fast intense relationship until Quinn starts dropping the ball again. Georgia is hell on wheels and refuses to give up or accept what’s being said about Quinn and pushes her way right back into his life to help him make the Hardest Play which isn’t on the field.
To some up, this story”Behind every successful man is a stronger woman behind him who held it all together.”
Wow! I loved every second of this book. Quinn is a NFL player with a bad rep. He went from golden boy with an amazing future to being called a diva. No one but a couple close friends know the truth of what is really going on. He moves to a new team hoping for a fresh start for him and his sister Jamie. That’s when he runs into Georgia this funny sassy women that he can’t get out of his head.
Quinn needs to decide if Georgia is someone he can trust with all his secrets and still stand beside him.
“Her head shook back and forth. “I’m not sure if I should be insulted or not that you are this clueless. We had a drink outside around the fire pit, and then you leaned in and kissed me, remember?” “That is not at all what happened!” I fired back incredulously. I’d had a couple of beers that night, but I never let myself get so drunk that I would completely forget kissing the gorgeous woman standing before me.”
I have received a free copy of this book for an honest review.
What a beautiful afternoon read. This story produces all kinds of emotions. In the beginning it has a simple feel that I found so touching. It had me somewhat fooled. It took me on a journey with heartbreaking moments that brought me to tears.
Can I tell you how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE Georgia and Quinn. They are interesting and unique. Georgia is classy but often missing her filter. She has me laughing SO MANY times and so hard I almost wet myself.
Quinn… yep, I have to pause before I talk about him. My eyes are welling up and my throat is tight just thinking about him. He truthfully is one of the nicest characters I have ever read. Who he is as a brother and the childhood he experienced makes me want to weep. Ugh. I have so much I want to say here but I won’t. Dang it! You all deserve to experience his amazingness on your own. Eeeekkk!
Plan for a book with family, friends and football players. Can you say holy hotness?! It also has the right amount of heat between our spicy couple. Wink. It has such a fun feel all throughout but it takes a look at addiction in an authentic way. Yikes once again, I want to discuss all. Help! I really might need therapy now. Such a flipping good book.
Happy Reading Everyone! XOXO

Georgia has not been able to get Quinn off her mind since the Christmas party when she stumbles upon him in a bar she takes her shot. What does she have to lose?
These two have a great connection and it shows in this book. Even through the tough and dark times these two are there for each other. This was a great read!!

This is the 3rd book in this awesome series and is Quinn and Georgia’s story. Quinn is newly traded to another team and not under the best of circumstances. When he meets Georgia, they hit it off straight away, however, she is the daughter of the new head coach. I loved how Georgia was so supportive and stood by Quinn throughout. This is a beautifully written tale which is an emotional roller coaster as well as heart-breaking and humorous. I was hooked and intrigued throughout, and I highly recommend for all readers.
Quinn and Georgia story was a fun read mixed with some really tough times for Quinn. They’re upbringing was completely different but they still worked out. Only family Quinn had was his sister Jamie who he protected with everything he had. Georgia on the other hand had a big family and was the only girl surrounded by brothers. Her friends were hilarious. Quinn had his teammates and his sister and Georgia family welcomed him into their family. It’s heartbreaking to read about Quinn’s past and upbringing and admirable to see what he’s accomplished. Georgia was always at his side and opened his eyes to many things. It was also good catching up with Quinn’s teammates who are very fun also.
