As expected, a good story! I’ve read all of Karin Slaughter’s books and am never disappointed
Very good read…….I follow this author and have never been disappointed!
I’m a fan of Karin Slaughter, but I have to be honest and say the first half of this book was so boring and filled with medical jargon that I almost put it down a few times.
But, because I am a fan I hung in there and I’m actually glad I did because the last half of the book was so good!!!! In true Karin fashion there was murder, mayhem, twists/turns, a couple of surprises, and a good ending!!
I feel I should warn you though that if rape is a trigger for you please do not read this book. There is cheating, but not in great detail.
This was a great a t thriller. Not gory or too graphic. You love all of the characters and can feel their pain. Definitely twists throughout!
Great read!
All Karin Slaughter’s books are thrilling and page-turners, but this one I could not put down. Thanks Karin for sharing your talent with the world.
I would recommend it to anyone that wants to read a good page turner!
Meh, not the page turning, hold me captive writing I’ve always enjoyed from Karin Slaughter in her Grant County and Will Trent series. Likeable characters but I’m 78% finished on my Kindle and I feel the story has barely started. It’s ok if you’re a big fan like me but if you aren’t, this book will not turn you into one. I found it to be a big disappointment.
Great story! Lots of unexpected twist and turns. Well written!
I really enjoyed this book, it took me through a whole slew of emotions and was SO well written. This was my first time reading Slaughter’s books, and I see why she is so popular. Once I started the book, I couldn’t put it down. So many twists and surprises- it was excellent.
Absolutely loved it!
Anything by Karin Slaughter
Only downside for me is I want a sequel. I like the characters.
Well crafted mystery. About how POD matters
I enjoyed this book . Kept me
reading. Very suspenseful.
Loved this book. Realistic characters. The ending was unpredictable.
Karin Slaughter is one of my favorite authors and this book doesn’t disappoint.
I love the depth of these characters, however be prepared for some serious wtf moments in the plot development. Probably plausible in a small town.
This book still haunts me and it’s been a week since I’ve read. Karin Slaughter is a mastermind at the psychological.
I love her books and this one did not disappoint!
