One secret could destroy them all in this epic saga about love, ancient secrets, and betrayal…Humans fear the dark, hiding from bloodthirsty demons prowling the night searching for their next victim. There’s only one thing that can save humans from extinction—an elite squad of warriors. Part human and part demon, these fighters known as the Bator Patrol Guard are the only ones willing to take on … are the only ones willing to take on this battle, even though they’re shunned by the humans themselves.
Kalani only wanted to rescue her friend from a torturous death when she entered the forbidden realm of a demon army. She didn’t expect to end up slaying their leader, stealing his pendant, and starting a war. But that pendant had the same symbol on it as the Bator Patrol Guard used as their emblem.
How was this possible? What did it mean? The elite warriors couldn’t possibly have any relation to the demon army…could they?
Can the Patrol Guard unlock the mystery of the pendant before a war destroys them all?

Part 2- Stealing Night (Riordan & Nadine)
Part 3- Forever Night (Cutler & Jade)

Part 2- Stealing Night (Riordan & Nadine)
Part 3- Forever Night (Cutler & Jade)
These are all interconnected stories, and the main characters are lab-born, elite guard warriors, an exotically potent mix of Egyptian ancestors’ DNA, human, and demons, who deal with the magical elixir of blood and different realms.
My favorite of the collection was the first story, which sets up the other two really well. Dru runs into Kalani while out battling demons at their usual haunt. A lot of time had passed since Kalani had left the Bator Patrol Guard training program behind, severing their close friendship, both feeling they had to follow their own paths. But now, they have discovered something which could be important to their existence, something to do with why human women were disappearing, never to be found again. For Kalani, the goal was to find her friend Jade, and she will need Dru’s help to succeed. Kalani reached what was destined to be her full potential, kicking a$$ along the way.
AJ Norris’s books have been great so I am so glad that I picked this one up. It was a really good read. I like the characters and the writing style through out the whole books. The characters are really enjoyable to read and I look forward to reading more by this author.
This is a great collection of novella’s full of demons, Gods, guardians, warriors and humans. The author has created an interesting and unique world that I hope we get to read more about in future books. My only complaint is that each of the stories were too short and I would love to read more about all of these interesting characters.
Nice Change of pace
Short read box set of 3 men and the women who come into their lives. Creative storyline. Different for a change. If you like sci-fi/fantasy I would surely give this a read!
The Gods of Greyfall was a delightful series of three novellas by A.J. Norris.
This was the first thing I’ve read by this author and I found myself pleasantly surprised.
I was fully engaged throughout and it was incredibly easy to get sucked into this vivid new backdrop.
The world created here was explained in an extremely coherent fashion and instead of experiencing barked facts I found that this was very cleverly interwoven into the present story.
This was great as sometimes authors can overcomplicate this process trying to cram everything in far to fast.
The Gods of Greyfall, I found, was so easy to follow along with.
So If I had to pick a favourite couple here, it would have to be Cutler and Jade.
I just felt incredibly connected to these two, their story and the fact that it felt like a love reconnected across aeons kinds moment totally touched a chord with me.
I mean I liked all our guys and gals but there two, well let’s just they gave me that aw!! moment.
The whole mythological feel to this was also a winner with me, with its Egyptian, Bator and demon storyline.
And I also got to say here that I loved the fact that these rock hard warriors were so up and close with there pussies.
(and I’m not talking of the of the female sexual variety here, though they do get up and personal with those too if you know what I mean, wink, wink. )
I just loved that these Demon fighters pets were small cute meowing felines.
It just showed there soft and vulnerable side.
So having these three interconnecting stories really worked as it compensated for there length.
Giving us a much more in-depth portrayal than you would usually get in a short novella.
These were short insa-love, low-angst paranormal indulgencies that for me kinda worked.
They were really romantic and for me hit that sweet spot.
So lastly I just want to say I’m totally loving the front cover of this, like seriously it’s so
eye-catching and all and if I was choosing this based on its cover it would get the full 10/10 for me.
So Give these a look if you like a bit of PNR I thought they were a great read.
Thank You to the Author for providing me with an ARC of (The Gods of Greyfall Collection) of which I have reviewed voluntary.

Thoughts: I really liked this world and the characters. I loved the uniqueness of it, somewhat like vampires but not seen that way. Each of the three books are about a different couple that are mates but there’s a story behind those romances that continues through each book. I enjoy those, it keeps many of the characters from the previous book in play, and this one kept them all so even better. My only complaint is that more detail would’ve been nice, there wasn’t as much development or back story to satisfy my love of stories. but other than that I really liked it. The story truly did suck me in and I look forward to reading more from this author!
