Together they tap into a vein of unfathomable iniquity and astonishing corruption. From the Trade Paperback edition.

Read it when it first came out and loved it!
Difficult to put down.
Best series I have ever read, and I read a lot!
Wish there were more writers like this!
I love these books
I loved the book, it kept me at the edge of my seat. I read all three books.
I read all 3 of them Great reading wish he had written more.
The dark atmosphere of the book, the amazing characters and the great writing (as worded by the translator) make this book memorable. I certainly recommend this book and writer
Read all the Larsson books. So sad he has gone. Little learning curve to language/writing style, but great book(s)
Not my style of book.
Excellent a good read
Dragged big time at first but finally the woman with the tatoo emerges. That is when the book should have began (like the movie did).
You can’t read just one. You will be reading the next 2 right away.
Both my husband and myself loved the complete series. I’ve kept the books so I can read them again.
Great book; part of a trilogy. Highly recommend. The connections between domestic abuse, sexual abuse, and abuse of power in government unfold as the story develops.
You need to read entire series in order (including those written after Larsson died)
Great character building. Salander is fascinating. The view into life in Sweden – though this novel is obviously a noir version of life there – is equally absorbing. The story is solidly written, engaging, and has a few nice twists you won’t see coming. The ending could have been a bit stronger, but still five stars.
Couldn’t put it down
Enjoyed the development of characters, pursuit of information in solving the mystery excellent
along with the introduction of danger.
Recommend both the book and film.
Not my kind of book
