Some of the politics are a little hard to grasp. The series is qinderdul.
Well developed characters. Plot with surprising twists and turns. Very suspenseful.
I read the three books in, I guess you could call it a series, and loved them all. Hated to put them down. So sorry we lost this author.
Very good read.
Once I got past the initial problem of not being able (even in my mind) to pronounce the names of anything and looking at a map to try to understand the geography or something to place it in my mind, I just could not put this book down. I found myself engrossed, even though it was violent and scary and situationally awful in places. What an …
I loved all three of the Steig Larsson books. He wrote original stories with unique, quirky, and interesting characters. These books are real page turners and yet you don’t want them to end. Three days f the best books I have ever read.
Definitely dark, but excellent
Page turner for sure. Read all three books. It is a shame the author has passed away and is no longer able to produce more great books.
Loved the series.
Read all the Steig Larsson novels and in order.
Loved this book
This book is one of a series of three. I don’t normally go for this type of book but my wife urged me to read it. I got into it and had to read the other two. It’s too bad the author died I would have read more of his work. Joe O’Brien
Read the series. You will not be sorry!
Disturbing
difficult to read due to number of characters with names that are unusual.
It’s a tough read through the first 100 pages, but stay with it-the rest of the book is worth it.
First of three related books by now-deceased author. Great character development and serious, realistic plot. This first novel seriously drags at the beginning where the plot progresses more by descriptions of road networks and travel than by serious development, but that passes and this first book ends on a violent high note and provides an …
Very nice lyrics done. Really enjoy the book. Much better than the movie.
I enjoyed reading this book. I thought it was very long but entertaining.
I was enthralled by the whole series of books. The characters stayed with me long after I read the books. The tragedy is the author’s too early death.
