Too graphic and complicated for me.
Completely enjoyed this novel, couldn’t for book two
I enjoyed reading this book, I actually bought it in airport about 6 years ago and I have now read all of this series AND watched the movies. The movies were captioned but really good. The main character is amazing! Great writing and character development by th author. Great series.
A great way to open the Millennium Trilogy and the introduction to Lisbeth Salander.
Couldn’t put it down!
A bit too violent though
Suspenseful and action packed. Fantastic book and enjoyed the whole series
It is a page turner once you get through the first 100-150 pages. The sequels are just as interesting
Every bit as good as the movie.
Excellent book – unique and unforgettable characters. The book has it all!
While the story is well written and characters are very interesting, the material was too graphic for my tastes.
Superior writer
It is a trilogy. The author delivered 3 manuscripts then died–very strange….
It was great. I read the trilogy. Writer was terrific. Too bad we lost him.
Never did finish this book. From discussions with others who have read this, either you love it or you hate it, there is NO in between. I hated it!
Some might find this book slow in the beginning…. stick with the first 70 – 100 pages, and you won’t regret it.
Great book. Don’t watch the movie. Couldn’t put it down.
Amazing. Read it.
Way overrated. twisted plot and strange character development was not all that compelling and the book felt contrived to be ‘modern’ No interesting or even reasons for the book to be written. No insights into the world, the psychology of the characters, or the world in general. General world angst is not a reason to write a book.
I had heard a lot about the book. When I read the book it was even better than I thought. It’s a really original type of thriller with interesting characters and a great atmosphere. The book is really well written.
