All of Stieg Larsson books are good and Lizbeth is a deeply scarred character who is fascinating.
Intense but fulfilling
great series
Great read, though I would not say it is especially realistic….Tiny girl becomes a fierce fighter after facing horrible abuse.

Too bad the author has passed away.
One of my favorite reads in the last few years!
Did not like…
Boring. I put it down after the first chapter.
I really enjoyed this series. Though there is a lot of violence, his characters are well crafted and he tells a great story.
Insanely action packed with a unique plot and unforgettable characters, this novel surpasses all others in the genre! You won’t be able to stop reading it!
CAPTURED! Expand The Girl series with the new author/godfather. He gets it.
This was an incredible read. Right from the get go I was hooked by Steig Larsson’s suspenseful thriller! It held me captive and on the edge of my seat throughout. His characters, Lisbeth Salander and Mikael Blomkvist, are so well-drawn and worth following in this masterfully written mystery novel!
Well written. Great characters. Difficult to figure out mystery. I love Lisbeth and how she not only overcomes tragedies of her life, but learns to excel in and use her gifts for good.
This is definitely not an easy book to read.
Liked the whole series.
Enjoyed the book but some passages difficult to read because so realistic.
Characters were well developed and personalities and how their minds worked.
Liabeth Salanderv and Michael Bloomkvist were characters that won’t be forgotten and sequels worth reading also
I like Steig’s stuff. Not a big fan of his posthumous imitators. Sad that he is gone and can’t create any more wonderful tales of his characters. The book is better than the American version of the movie at any rate.
Loved this book. Mystery with original characters. A few people in my book group think it was misogynist, but I don’t agree. The author was trying to highlight abuse of women. Have read all the books in this series. Sadly, the author Stieg Larsson passed away. He was from Sweden and was Editor of Expo magazine. He was a leading expert on …
Loved the entire series, even the books written by another author after Larson died. You just need to not worry about the names in the beginning. They’re long, similar and difficult to remember. Eventually you know them. Live the atmosphere and people, especially Salander
