New York Times Bestselling Author of UGLY and MISTRUST.I have something people want. I have something they cannot take or steal. I have something they’d kill for.The something I have, isn’t a possession, it’s more.Much, much more. It’s a gift. It’s part of me.*This is Book 1 of 2. The Curse is OUT NOW and continues the story.
poorly written, f*** and Sh** words to make it appear hip??
Interesting book
Not sufficiently believable. Even fantasy needs internal cohesion.
I love this book, just wish it developed a bit more andar was longer and that the second book would have been cheaper since this is a short story – it shouldn’t have sequels
Interesting characters, kept my interest.
I will admit that this isn’t typically my type of read but I was pleasantly surprised and actually really enjoyed this book. It is beautifully written, has some great characters and I could not put it down. The story was intriguing, different, a bit mysterious and very hooking
The narrating style is not my preference. The idea intrigued me, but I struggled to finish. I felt no compassion or connection to the main character.
Eh.
The premise for this book is what caught my attention… the writing is what made me give it 2 stars. It was if a teenager who does not fully grasp
sentence structure was writing the book. A lot of unnecessary commentary and just an odd way of writing. Won’t read the 2nd book, the writing was annoying.
AWFUL! Made no sense!
It is not a stand alone book. You really will want the sequel too!
This book is totally predictable. I regret wasting my time reading it.
This story was interesting. However, this is a cliffhanger that cuts off in the middle of the book. This and the next book equal one complete book. I hate when authors do these tricks.
i didnt like the premise that a 16 year old girl could just be stolen, and it looked like it was turning rather creepy with her captor so i stopped reading it.
