The story was exciting and made you want to understand the history of the home, and thus, the reason for the haunting. The characters seemed like friends.
Loved the series
Ending left things unfinished. Supposedly for you to get next book.
Not a fan
Easy reading
Terrible. The writing is contrived and the characters are uninspired and saccharine. Don’t waste your time and definitely don’t waste your money.
Interesting
Really enjoyed reading this book!
Didn’t feel like a complete story
Loved this book. Could not put it down. Lots of twists and turns.
I like ghost stories
Disappointing
Not as good as the Three Sisters series even though it is a sequel. Frankly I wouldn’t bother with it.
She’s a fantastic author!
I loved it!
Enjoyed this book. Would read more by this writer.
One negative – it ends knowing that there is too much unsettled leading to more books.
I would have liked more character development. I never felt a connection with the present day characters.
It was very entertaining. The characters were likable from the first introduction. their thoughts and feelings were natural and realistic. I’m still trying to figure out why grandma doesn’t like Angus. I’m sure to read book #2.
I would have happily given this four stars, as it was well written, but it cut off in the middle of the story so you are forced to buy the next one to continue. Sometimes that’s okay but this book was very brief. I felt short changed and as much as I would like to know what happens, I won’t be spending my money on the next.
Enjoyable but little short.
