The Ghost and The Graveyard is a funny, exciting, and sexy read intended for adults. Due to sexual content, language, and violence this book is recommended for ages 18+
Grateful Knight isn’t looking for love when she moves into a rent-free house on the edge of a graveyard. At 22, all she wants is to recover financially so she can move back to the city where she belongs.
But sparks fly when … belongs.
But sparks fly when the gorgeous cemetery caretaker, Rick, introduces himself and mentions his suspicion that her new house might be haunted. Her attraction to him seems supernatural, and despite her resolve to not get involved, she literally can’t keep her hands off him.
When things in Grateful’s house start moving on their own, another man enters her life, Logan, a sexy ghost with a dark secret. He says Rick isn’t what he seems, and indulging her passion for him could cost her soul.
One thing’s for sure, magical forces are at work in the tiny town of Red Grove, and they’re converging on Grateful. Life will never be the same once she’s forced to choose between the ghost and the graveyard.
more
A very likeable main character, a more than sexy hero, and some ghostly figures make this extremely entertaining and a great first book in the series.
I really enjoyed this book. Provides a new twist on the paranormal.love the characters.
Couldn’t get into it.
Loved this book!
Couldn’t wait to read the next in the series
I liked this take on the paranormal. The only thing I do not like is the wishy-washy persona of the so called sorceress. I did think that some things were a bit vague and then I found out that it was a series of four books so that makes sense. Will be reading the rest soon.
Enjoyed the series
Things are never quite as scary when you’ve got a best friend and throughout the book that is all the protagonist is looking for to ask question and learn more about what is going on and about the crazy twist of events that is happening and about the change her life.
Did not care for this book. At first it seemed like it was going to be an enjoyable read turned out to be a sad disappointment.
This is entertaining and a quick read. My only criticism would be that the main character needed more development for the storyline and action to be more believable. That being said, suspend disbelief and just enjoy.
Fairly predictable but entertaining.
good book
The concept of a guardian was good but i really didnt like the female lead. She isnt the type of person i would look up to or want to hang out with. Lacks depth and personality. I just couldnt connect with any of the characters.
I enjoyed the start of this new series. I am a fan of paranormal / fantasy books and this is a good example. The set up is good and we get the start of the relationship between Grateful and Rick, the issue with Logan seems to be resolved but not the vampire issue.
Looking forward to the next installment!!!
I loved the story, and if any of the other books come up reduced or free, I would probably read them.
I loved this book to the very end and all books in this set.
Too much left untold
This was a super cool premise and a really great story. I really enjoyed the characters and the plot. Really great. I give it 4 stars because it’s a series with a bunch of books that each cost real money. No KU available. I would love to read more, but I do not buy additional series books when they give the first one away for free and all the …
I had for awhile.but once I started i couldn’t put it down .I wanted to know how what was next
