I did a reread of the book ‘The gamble’ by Kristen Ashley. I must confess that I enjoyed it even more than I remembered the first time that I read it. It’s stories like ‘The gamble’ that made me fall in love with Kristen Ashley her writing. You have the super alpha man and the …

Ok so this is only the 4th book by Kristen Ashley that I have read. The other 3 being the books from the Three Series which is her PNR series. The Three Series was iffy for me. I hated the first book Until the Sun Falls from the Sky with a deep passion. I hated that hero so much I thought my head was gonna pop off. …
Terrific
I have read other books from Kristen and each one draws you into the characters, you feel what each person is going through. This was a wonderful story about love with a little suspense thrown in. Looking forward to reading more from this series.
This is a well-written love story with amazing characters. I couldn’t put it down! Seriously!!
Excellent!
This was one of best books I’ve read in a long time. It just captured you and to put it down was Hard. So true to life. At times, had to laugh cause you related to it
Max is just like an other ‘alpha’ male that Kristen has written about, “listen, Duchess, it’s cold. It’s snowing. We’re both standin’ outside like idiots arguing over what you wanted in the first place. Come into the damned house. You can sleep on the couch.” Isn’t he the sweetest? He’s also not one to hold back how he’s feeling “because I’ve seen …
I love this author. Her characters pull you in!
Oh wow. I love this book. And the ending? I was in shock at first. I read the part about Max twice. Love the way Nina communicated with Charlie. And ugly cried several times. This book has it all. Happy sad funny and suspenseful.
This might be my favorite Kristen Ashley book…and I have read them all! I have read it over and over… and enjoy it every time. Also, the audible version is outstanding!
The story itself was good, however the language was so bad I will never read another of her books. First time I have ever given a negative review.
Too much bad language. Would have been a good story without the language!
I found my new favorite author! Wish it didnt end. Will definitely read more of her books!
I love Kristen Ashley, and this is one of my favorites. Nina and Max are great characters, and the rest of the series is a great world to lose yourself in.
One of the best books I’ve read in a long time. Absolutely wonderful
One of my favorite Kristen Ashley books. I have read it at least once a year for the past 4 years. It is one of my “go to books” when I cannot find anything I want to read.
The author had a good story but it was ruined by the crude language.
Hard to put down once I began reading…kept me on the edge of my seat at times and laugh out loud funny at other times. Anxious to read another book by Kristen Ashley!
Nina Sheridan doesn’t know what made her decide to fly across the continent and do a self proclaimed reality check on herself in the little town of Gnaw Bone, Colorado but everything about it so far feels right. That is up to the moment she found the stunning A-Frame cabin and her sinuses kicked in, she might have caught a bug along the way too, …
Great story. I never figured out the “who done it”.
