One Azure prince. One Fuchsia queen. Two hearts on the line.Elliott Azure was a powerful knight who wanted nothing more than to protect his kingdom and realm. When tasked with a special mission, he journeyed to a neighboring land to assist their queen in search of the one that betrayed her. Plagued by memories of their previous encounter, Elliott was more than ready to be in the presence of the … presence of the enrapturing queen again.
Karis Fuchsia was born among the realm’s four lakes. Losing her parents when she was only twenty-three, she became queen of a land she wasn’t ready to lead. Even at her young age, she ruled with kindness, but anyone who threatened the safety of her people felt a wrath like no other. With Elliott by her side, she felt protected for the first time in years.
With her lakes and people at risk, Elliott and Karis must join forces to restore balance to her kingdom. Lives were lost, hearts were shattered, but in the darkest hour, fate stepped in and proved that everything does happen for a reason.

If you love books that are set around
magic and dragons than this one definitely
covers that.
Great plot that has a lot of action drama and romance.
Chemistry between the characters is great.

This is the third book in the series and I loved it as much as the first two books. Elliott and Karis were wonderful characters. I loved all the magic and the dragons! What a wonderful HEA!
The fuchsia lakes are described in such a way that made me feel like I was there, mesmerized by the colour of the water and wishing that were real. Besides the beaty of the landscape, we get to see hothead Elliott fall head over heels, discover a new shared ability with his soulmate Karis Fuchsia and stick his foot in his mouth, like usual. Karis herself is a powerful magic wielder and more than able to defend herself, but sometimes you need to trust others to take care of you, there is such a thing as mental exhaustion from being too strong all the time. Their story is quite different from the previous books, they only get to share dreams later on, so they must come to terms with their attraction and need for each other like every regular human, by communicating, and that is not the easiest thing to do, especially for warrior Elliott. We also get the see the overall series arc and start to understand better how all the stories and couples are woven together when a threat to the realm becomes apparent. I can’t wait to read Ry’s story, and I hope it’s followed by Reid Pine’s.

Elliott was still dealing with his feelings about inviting Oliver into his family after being enemies for so long. He was sent to help out Karis and figure out what was happening in her kingdom. Through the course of finding the traitor and saving her kingdom from destruction they fell in love. It was a long hard journey but one they both deserved.

It is a fresh, different and capivating, extremely creative story as it ties all together for an entertaining read.
This book was so good, it might actually be better than chocolate. It was incredibly intense and I loved every moment of it. This is definitely not a book you want to miss. I am soooo looking forward to the next book in the series. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book in exchange for a free copy.
The third book in The Iridescent Realm series a well-written book, but I will say even though they can be read out of order do not do so. I started with this one. A well written enjoyable storyline that is fast paced and smooth flowing. It has revenge, mystery, loss, and love. Kris and her kingdom is in danger with someone wanting to harm her and her kingdom by taking out her people and killing her lakes. Elliott sent on a secret mission to protect her and her kingdom will due whatever it takes to find out who is responsible. An amazing read with each kingdom having their own magic. Amazing journey with amazing twist added bonus of can they have love coming from different realms.

5 Fuchsia Filled Stars!!!
I’m in love with all the Kings, Queens, Princes, Princesses, healers, seers and everything in between in this Iridescent Realm. This book was no different.
I’ve been wanting Elliott Azure’s story from book one. He’s the angry, hot headed prince from the Azure family. ESP when his sister married Oliver Sage from the Pine Forrest. I knew when he met Queen Karis he was going to hopefully soften a bit.
Ever since Elliott met Karis the Queen from Fuchsia she’s all he can think about. When his dad the King of his Realm comes and tells him that he needs to go to her Kingdom for a secret mission he doesn’t think twice. Somebody is out to harm her and her Kingdom by taking out her people and killing her Lakes. Every Kingdom has their own magic and hers is at risk. Elliott will do whatever he has to in order to find out whose behind this.
Karis Fuchsia became Queen when her parents were killed. The past 4yrs she’s done her best to protect those in her Kingdom. But, now somebody is after her and she’s alone and doesn’t know who to trust. The one person in her corner is Devon the head of her army and the man who warms her bed when she’s got an itch that needs to be scratched. She doesn’t love him and she lets him know he though hopes she’ll change her mind.
Karis was very grateful when Elliott showed up to help her out. He’s not only a prince he’s also the second in command to the Azure Elite Force team. He can protect both her and her Kingdom. She lets it be known to her army what Prince Azure AKA Elliott says goes. Even to Devon’s dismay.
Their chemistry was off the chain. Elliott and Karis definitely butt heads on a regular basis. Elliott will do whatever he has too in order to protect Karis. Karis is Queen and won’t be told what to do. Even if her safety is at risk.
But, when things get physical between them things change even more so. In the previous the couples had magical powers and could visit each other in their dreams. This book is no different. But, their magical bound is different then the previous ones and it was cool to see!
Elliott and Karis learn that the people out for her and her Kingdom are dabbling in dark magic. Luckily for them Elliott’s older brother Ryland the first and next in line for the Azure thrown is there as backup if needed. He’s friend Viv whose work is dealing with dark magic. Karis has the backup she needs in order to save her Kingdom. She just hopes they can save it in time.
But, then what’ll happen. Her and Elliott might be in love. But, they’re from different realms. She doesn’t want him to leave. But Elliott is loyal to his kingdom and his elite team. Will it work or are they both doomed for heartbreak.
Holy hell!!! Michelle’s one of my favorite authors and continues to prove it over and over again. This story flowed so well and fast and never skipped a beat. I read the whole thing in one afternoon and I’m dying for Ryland and Viv’s story. Hurry up Michelle!
Have You Heard? Book Blog’s Review of Fuchsia Lakes by Michelle Dare:
Fuchsia Lakes by Michelle Dare is book three in a three-part, fantasy series. I haven’t read the previous two stories (YET!), but I had no trouble whatsoever following along in book three as a stand-alone. Fuchsia Lakes is a fairy tale of the finest caliber. Set in medieval times with a few modern nuances thrown in, it’s a true love story with every ingredient set to ensure you have a wonderful journey on your weekend escape with Fuchsia Lakes. Dragons, intrigue, murder, suspense, and packed full of action and great humor, you will truly laugh, cry, and love in this happy tear-jerker. Ms. Dare does an outstanding job of creating a world of fantasy. Her cute, little creatures, spun purely from the author’s creative imagination, may have been a nuisance to the characters, but the reader will surely find them delightful minxes, these Fix. The characters are very well developed with a strong heroine and hero, as well as an entire family of strong characters who revealed themselves from previous books but were able to fully stand in their own rights in Fuchsia Lakes. The editing and proofreading were flawless, which is always a huge plus in my book. All in all, a great read that will delight you and keep you cozy on a restless weekend. 5 stars!!
~Have You Heard?
Karis Fuchsia feels the weight of running her kingdom now more than ever. With someone threatening her life and those of the ones entrusted into her protection, she has no other option than to ask for help from the Azzure Kingdom.
Elliott Azzure isn’t looking forward to traveling to the Fuchsia Kingdom though the prospect of spending time with the beautiful queen is greatly enticing. Meeting her at his sister’s wedding, has left a memorable impression on him.
This is the third book in The Iridescent Realm series and picks up where The Pine Forest left off. I loved the world this author is building with the continuation of the series.
I loved the heroine’s independence and dedication to her people. I felt the losses she endured while trying to remain steadfast in fierce drive to find out who was threatening her and her Kingdom. I loved Elliott’s inane need to make everything okay for her. I could feel the struggle he suffered through.
I would definitely recommend this series to a friend.
I just love this series! When Karis asks the king of the Azure kingdom for his help he sends his son Elliot who is a member of the Elite and one of their best fighters. Something is going on in the Fushsia Lakes kingdom and Karis is the queen but she can’t stop the one lake from dying along with some people so she is beginning to fear for her life. Elliot has felt a connection with Karis since she came to the Azure kingdom for an engagement party but when they touch the connection goes much deeper. As they try to save the lake and her kingdom they grow so close that their feelings may overwhelm them. I loved the fantasy world the the author created to submerge you in full of dragons and magic with love and family and danger.
