I liked it but it was not my favorite Mitch Albom book. I found it to be somewhat less inspiring than the others but still worth buying and reading.
This was an easy read
Plays your heart strings like a beautiful harp solo‼ I can’t check tear jerker, or several other patten responses because it’s SO different to who is reading and where you are in your life. What you’ve had happen in your liretime.
If you’ve recently lost someone so dear to you.
Great READ‼
I enjoyed it. There is some real suspense to it. Not up to Albom’s usual work.
Had a great start and then became tedious with a drippy ending. Such a disappointment.
Really enjoyed reading this. It provided an interesting story about a subject we all wonder about. The characters were well done, and Sully’s particular, his life turned from ordinary to his worst fears happening in an instant. This great guy suddenly finds himself bereaved, on the wrong side of the law, serving time, no job, and a small child …
I liked his other books better than this one. The media becomes a cruel force in this book.
I loved this book however,I love Mitch Albin.
There were so many characters that the back and forth timeline made it more difficult to follow than other Albom books. Still entertaining, just not my favorite after reading many of his books.
None better!
Another awesome read! Mitch Albom’s wonderful style of storytelling that at the heart strings and provides readers an opportunity to find similarities in their own lives and never forget to not take anything for granted
I love anything by Mitch Albom
Faith-filled mystery, positive and uplifting.
The book is different and very thrilling on the one hand, but you can also read it in fragments as it happened to me. The book tells of a godforsaken town in the US that suddenly a few people get a phone call from a person deceased and now he says that he is speaking from heaven.
Most of the book written from the perspective of a former pilot …
Reading this felt very personal as I reflected on my life. I couldn’t put it down or stop thinking about people in my life who were gone but somehow influenced me!
I always enjoy Mitch Albom’s books. This one gave me something to think about.
Loved this book. The author has a different way of looking at the world. Unpredictable and entertaining.
I have enjoyed every book I have read by Mitch Albom. They have humor, tender moments and are easy to ready. Great books for taking on vacation/waiting for planes, etc/relaxing on the beach or reading before going to sleep. I think most people can relate to his work — there’s something in there for everyone.
I enjoyed this book, but it didn’t live up to some of the author’s other novels. I’d still recommend it though, mostly because of its originality.
Mitch Albom is one of the best contemporary writers
