I think the author should have combined the books to make it into one cohesive story. The book left me hanging. Now, do I stay content with that or buy another 1 or 2 books to complete the story? Frustrating
OMG! Couldn’t put the book down!
Partial story. I don’t like books that can’t complete a story.
Very interesting characters and story
I Loved the characters and the way they were developed. The whole book kept me enthralled until the end…however, only one of the main storylines was resolved. While I understand this is the first of a series, i would have preferred fewer loose ends.
Great read! 2 thumbs up!
waste of time – skipped over 50% of it.
Amazing! It kept me turning the pages with no thought to all the other things I should be doing.
In the beginning the past was important to the story, but it became to much like filler later on in the book.
I enjoyed reading this book, easily followed then & now, him & her, but the ending was horrible!!! I know the author wants to sell more books, but to leave us hanging changed my mind about wanting more of this author.
I couldn’t put the book down. It was riveting.
A fabulous read; hard to put down.
Was a book I couldn’t put down.
While I loved the book…it was not complete. It was “wrapped up” but there was no real ending. That is something I dislike…everything was left hanging. 3 stars.
Really good read.
Seemed somewhat interesting at first, but quickly sank into maudlin and depressing.
Interesting Characters and I like the writing style. Looking forward to the next book.
