The Fire of the White Blade Knights is Book 2 in the White Order series by Barbara Russell. This is an exceptionally well written storyline with interesting and wonderfully well developed characters. Etienne and Kaela have an instant attraction and I loved how it grows. I loved reading this book and highly recommend it. Received an ARC from Booksprout and this is my voluntary and honest review.
Loved the book, the story was well written and the characters were intriguing. Once I started I could not get enough, from the start till the end I was engrossed I was even on the edge of my seat with twists and turns, lust and raw passion, strength, happiness with a happily ever after. Erotic sensual feelings was a major turn on. Do yourself a favor and buy the book you want be disappointed.

The Fire of the White Blade Knights is the second book in The White Order series and is a great paranormal romance.
The characters of Kaela and Éntienne are well-developed, strong, and have amazing chemistry. The storyline is well written and engaging. This urban fantasy pits good against evil in Victorian London with a steamy romance on the side.
I read and reviewed this book with no obligation.
Etienne is another found Knight of the White Blade. Kaela is the daughter of Aleximanus, the traitor of the White Knights. They sure rub each other the wrong way and he is always grumpy. What another terrific book in this fabulous series. On to the next one now and I am very sure it will be as good as this and book 1.
I loved this book as much as I loved the first book in the series! Amazing storyline, great plot twists and wonderful characters. There’s romance, there’s steam, there’s mystery. What’s not to love? I hope there are more books coming in this series!

Excellent Second Installment of Series
I had read the first book of this series and quite enjoyed it, so I was interested when the second book came out. I was not disappointed. From the very first paragraph, this book pulled me in. While the author doesn’t go crazy with the amount of description that she has, she provides just enough to give you a true sense of place and the viewpoint character’s mindset. Within the first couple of paragraphs, I felt I was in Victorian London, sensing with more than just my eyes. I love it when a book does that. The rest of the adventure was as evocative and page-turning as that first scene. I appreciate how the author doesn’t use a data dump to explain her world, as often happens in these kinds of books. Rather, she artfully wove some backstory and world-building within this action-packed first pages. Well done.
I received a free copy of this book, but that didn’t affect my review.
