This is a novella tying up the SEALs of Steel series.A prosthetic design engineer, Kat Greenwald is in love with Badger Horley. The former SEALs team leader is the love of her life. But she’s seen and heard firsthand of the fears and commitment issues Badger and his closest friends–once part of Navy special operations teams–struggle with on a daily basis. During their weekly get-togethers, the … get-togethers, the women in love with these former SEALs open up to each other about their longing to tie the knot and start families.
More than two years ago, Badger was badly injured after the truck his eight-man unit were in hit an antitank landmine. While he and his team have finally discovered the truth behind that devastating set-up, Badger sees the reality of his precarious future. His health could decline at any moment and he wants Kat to know exactly where the door to get out is if and when it does. The last thing he wants to do is invite pity, especially where the woman he loves is concerned. In a perfect world, he would have proposed to her the day they met. In the world he lives in, he can only conclude that harboring fears are always better than regrets.
But Kat isn’t the type of woman to fear hard times and she’s willing to take a leap of faith as far out into the unknown as she can get if it means her most fervent wish comes true.

What a great ending for an awesome series! I LOVE that the women and men had parallel “missions” that really reflected the ways each gender thinks and works. This said, I am happy that the Mouse mysteries have been solved but sad that this storyline is over. (Sorry, no spoilers here. You need to read The Final Reveal to find out how it all turns out.) I have complete confidence in Dale Mayer’s ability to incorporate these and new characters into new and interesting stories and maybe a new series. Can’t wait to read more.

A great final book for a great series. Loved this series from the beginning, I’m sorry to see it finish but glad it had such a great sendoff
Kat Greenwald is a highly talented prosthetic design engineer who is in love with former SEAL Badger Horley. Badger and his 6 other surviving friends were in the same unit and were severely injured in the same anti-tank landmine incident. The female partners of these members of the SEAL team all are in for the long run and would dearly love to marry and start a family – however the men are all worried about their health and fear that if they were to tie their partners down they could regret it later on. So Kat decides to meet Badger head on and take a leap of faith – she feels in her heart he will agree with her and they will get the future they both want. Will everything go to plan?
OMG – when you read this you need to have tissues, wine (or tea) and chocolate available as I guarantee you will cry at some point.Having read all of the books in this series it was lovely to have a proper finish to the story. It was lovely to read about the interactions of the team after the conclusion of the Mouse situation and the impacts of their women moving in with them. It was also great to see such strong men admit just how much they love their partners and show just how human they really were. Well written and easy to read if you’ve read the series you will need to read this book in order to know what happened next. The very end will have a great surprise so look forward to that.
As the former SEAL teammates make plans for their future, their girlfriends make their own. When Kat takes a leap of faith with Badger, the other women take their own leaps towards the future. The women pull off a mission that the men never see coming. I received a free copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntarily given review. I love this book and it’s a wonderful wrap-up of this series.
What an absolutely great book to wrap up the Seals of Steel. I had tears in my eyes at times, especially at the end. These women love their men so much, you can feel it. I’m not the type to put spoilers in a review, ruins part of the joy of reading a book if you basically know the end. This is a must read after reading the first 7 books of the series. Loved, loved, loved this series
What a delicious, heart stopping story that was every bit sensational from start to finish! This cover right here, POPS. Its seductive and speaks of celebration and ever lasting love and romance.
Its the perfect little novella and ending to The SEALS of Honor series. Its heartfelt and beautiful and just speaks to the heart. Loved it to effing pieces!
I give this glorious read a BIG FIVE GOLDEN STARS!
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book, and I absolutely loved it. It’s the perfect ending to A SEALs of Steel series.
This book had me laughing, shaking my head, I loved the teamwork all the ladies put into The Final Reveal. It all sums up the love and trust the members have with each other after all the drama they have all gone through. Definitely recommend this book, but please read the books in order to understand why we had a Final Reveal.
I love it when an author uses a couple of chapters or an epilogue to tell you what happens after the mystery is solved or the suspense is over. This entire book is that for the Seals of Steel series. It is all about what happens next. These men have spent all their time for the past few years rehabbing and trying to find out who was responsible for their injuries. Now they need to figure out what they are going to do next. Plus they now have seven very different, strong women to integrate into this tight family bond the men have. Dale Mayer does a great job with all of the emotions for all the characters. And I absolutely love the way it ends!

This is a lovely epilogue for the entire series.
The mystery solved, now it’s time for the seven SEALs of Steel and their ladies to put the past away and chart their futures. This story brings us full circle, focusing on Badger and Kat while seamlessly incorporating the rest of the crew. Everyone has their secret plans, and the final reveal is truly a thing of beauty.
This isn’t a standalone; unless you’ve read the rest of the series you won’t be emotionally invested in these couples. But for those of us who have followed their story right from the start, you really don’t want to miss this heartwarming sendoff. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
After all the problems these guys have had to deal with this is about their future’s, so what they are going to do work wise and then the ladies are wanting to make their guys feel loved and wanted. Worthy of love and commitment. They all know their guys well. It is a great read and one I was a little intrigued with, how were they going to get away with the secrets hiding from these very astute men? The only down i had was after all the build up the main event was fairly short and i myself would have liked a conversation between the couples/or men after just to tie it up a little more tightly. I found this whole series to be fascinating and interesting, lots of twists and turns and suspense. Gripping throughout so I’m glad there hasn’t been a long wait between books. This last novella is great as it moves the men on with where they are going from here both with careers and as couples and a team. Fabulous read as always.
What a fantastic wrap up to the Seals of Steel! I loved this Novella. Kat has a plan, when she reaches out for help all the other sisters (by seals) jump on board and it becomes a plan for the 7 of them. I loved, loved, loved this. And the ending, the very ending… sigh. Thank you Book Sprout, thank you Dale Mayer, for this arc, my heart approves. All thoughts an opinions are my own and were unsolicited.
A novel ending which I’d love to see as a beginning.
This is a story at the end of the series ‘Seals of Steel’. Kat who is a prosthetic design engineer and Badger who is an injured Seal are in love. Kat is afraid Badger will never commit to marriage because of his injuries and possible health issues. Badger and his Seal Team were involved in a tragic land mine explosion two years ago. He and the other six survivors have spent their time solving the mystery surrounding the explosion and the events following it as well. The seven Seals have all fallen in love during this period. This story is about Kat and her decision to go with her feelings. She gathers the other six women and they attempt to surprise the ever alert Seals. Without giving more away I can say this was a charming tale, not the mystery of the rest of the series but compelling on it’s own. There are challenges to be overcome and delightful characters to accomplish it.
I really enjoyed this series. I’d love to see it go on so we could follow the story of these Seals as they continue to build their lives.
Wow! What a finish to the series. Absolutely wonderful and it will leave you with such a warm feeling. I just want to keep reading and reading but it has to end sometimes, and what an ending!

This was a beautiful, fitting end for everyone. It took a lot of planning, and nerves for the ladies but well worth it in the end. And finally with everything behind the guys, they can finally figure out what their business will be. And there was another surprise at the end. Hopefully that will show up for their group. Great job Dale. Loved this series and glad for a happy ending.
I have loved this series and was delighted in this final story. All the favourites are here in this beautifully written and charming book. I thoroughly enjoyed this and highly recommend it to you.
The Final Reveal is the final book of the eight book series SEALS of Steel. What a finish! Best of all, it is not a rehash of the previous books. There are just brief glimpses of the past books and the focus is on the here and now of the family of warriors (men and women). We see all 7 SEALS and their ladies, each unique in their strengths and weaknesses, their talents and their fears. I loved the books (stayed up long past bedtime to finish this book) and THE FINAL REVEAL is a fitting topper to this series. I am going to pull out my collection and will be rereading these rich tales in the very near future. Bravo !! Best of all, it is not goodbye but see you later for later books still coming up.
