After finding a mysterious, handmade field guide in the attic of the ramshackle old mansion they’ve just moved into, Jared; his twin brother, Simon; and their older sister, Mallory, discover that there’s a magical and maybe dangerous world existing parallel to our own–the world of faerie. The Grace children want to share their story, but the faeries will do everything possible to stop them…
I chose this book as I was required to read a fae book as part of a Mini Game and wanted something short and sweet. This story was fun and enchanting; so I certainly was not disappointed. I really enjoyed the quirkiness of it all.

This is a great fantasy book for children as well as young-at-heart adults! Loved the book very much! Great funny and interesting characters!
I love this book and I think that you should read it too! Enjoy

I think these books are great for kids and adults that …
I LOVED this series. If you liked Harry Potter, you’ll love these books. VERY imaginative.

It’s an important first step in this series of interconnected novellas, but just being set up weakens it some.
