1:Hate IT! Didn’t finish; usually only given if/when some contents truly objectionable (i.e. main characters does something awful & gets away w/it!)
2:Don’t like IT! Rating means I felt the writing was poor, editing was bad, I don’t care for characters, or book had some major flaw.
3: I like IT, BUT! There are minor issues… Rating means there’s editing issues, needs character development, is too unrealistic, or has issues– I do not consider it an overall bad rating.
4:I like IT a lot. Great, Solid Story w/ few if any inconsistencies or errors. This is a HIGH Rating, & I rarely give OUT a Higher Rating.
5: I LOVE IT! It’s Spectacular, & I’ll read IT Over & Over Again. Few books Receive this rating from me. HowEver, those that DO become Classics.
Matthew and Cassidy both need dates for an upcoming wedding so they go to a mixer and do not have luck. After a few drinks, they meet and he makes sure she gets home safely. He is head of a construction company and she works in real estate with her cousin, whose father is the mayor.
The characters are terrific, with great backstories and intense feelings and determination. The storyline has great tension as the mayor wants to keep the town all for tigers and Matthew is trying to build housing for other shifter types. When the final battle happens, family truths come out and they form a united stand for the future. Love the chemistry and how she surprised him by stopping by his office. The facets of this story all come together well and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The main characters are Cassidy Cambridge, a tiger shifter and Matthew, a lion shifter. Cassidy has tried to live by a rigid set of rules, to avoid getting distracted in her growing desire to find her mate, only ever being with someone for one night and not getting attached. She works for her cousin Alastair at Cambridge Real Estate in Lyon County, a haven for solely tiger shifters, but the county needs to do something different and open up to new jobs, new people and new shifters. Her uncle Jacob, Alastair’s dad, is a bit of hard case and even though he should have the good of the town in first place as mayor, he is only looking out for himself as number one. About half the town want something new and more variety of shifters, which Ridge Construction are working on, but Jacob and the other half want everything to stay as it is! Alastair has his fiancé Melanie to help stop him from taking after his father too much and making a success of his own firm. Their wedding is in a few short weeks’ time and Melanie is expecting Cassidy to bring a date, or she will fix her up with someone she has in mind, which Cassidy definitely doesn’t want! Cassidy’s rules go out the window when she needs to find a date for her cousin’s wedding and she meets someone at a dating mixer, who is not what she expected at all! She gets a little bit too drunk and the attractive man she almost falls over in the car park soon becomes her saviour for the night.
The man, Matthew Ridge, takes her home and stops himself from doing anything inappropriate with her, as she is too drunk and he really likes her. She lives in the very house Matthew had tried to buy, but it is owned by her grandfather and she lives with him, after a bad relationship with her own parents. She joined Melanie and Alastair’s real estate business some years ago and has become an intricate part of the company. She is also in favour of the changes coming to the small town of Tigress and other towns in Lyon County, which would allow more shifters to study and live in the area. She tried to bring the project that Ridge Construction were starting to Alastair’s attention, but he wouldn’t stand up to his father, who is also the mayor. Something is holding him back and it takes time before he reveals what that it. Both Matthew and Cassidy like each other and their animals believe them to be mates, something they don’t know how to handle and only knowing each other’s first names, makes it a tad difficult to find the other. Matthew could stalk her and turn up at her grandfather’s house, but thinks that is too creepy! A chance meeting at the same bar they first met in, brings them back together and they spend a night becoming close and agreeing to go to the wedding together. But news of the mayor putting a stop to the changes in town soon draws her ire and her tiger to the fore. She has a fight on her side to help Matthew and stop her uncle’s evil plans, as well as enjoy a bit of mated romance when she has a chance! What does al ion and a tiger shifter have in common, more than they realize . Short, steamy, a wild attraction, and a common goal. Real good

WRONG ENDS UP SO RIGHT
I just fell in love with these characters and the way they find each other. The things they both have gone through to get where they are makes for a relatable story even though it’s PNR. I really want more of the characters and the town of Tigress!
Cassidy is working for her cousin in real estate. Matthew is the owner of the construction company and wants to expand affordable housing so other types of shifters can be safe and open. She goes to a mixer for shifters looking for a wedding date. Matthew is doing the same. After brushing off to guys that were just WRONG, she tries to leave but she’s drunk and can’t get a ride. Matthew’s night was a also bad. He gives her a ride. They can’t stop thinking of each other. When the mayor starts telling lies, can they save the project and the town? Could they have a future together?
This is a paranormal shape shifter romance. Cassidy and Matthew are great characters. Can cassidy keep her rules or will she forget them for a chance at A HEA?

Cassidy works for her cousin Alastair and they are trying to make their community a multi shifter community. Alastair’s father doesn’t want that to happen so he fights them on it. Cassidy has to find a date for her cousin’s wedding or she’ll be fixed up with a man she doesn’t like. Matthew is their competitor company and he is also wanting to change their community for the better. He meets Cassidy outside of a mixer they both went to. He took her home because she wasn’t able to get a car home and he is stunned to see that she lives in the house he has wanted buy. Cassidy knows that Matthew is her mate but she has no clue about his ties to her cousin. Will her cousin come between them before they get a chance? Will they get Alastair’s father on board with their plans?
This is an amazing story that will captivate you from beginning to end. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Cassidy and Matthew are thrown together, neither looking for a mate but ultimately realizing they are fated mates. This leaves them with an issue/problem, act on their instincts or fight them and try to ignore the pull they have for each other. This story is interesting and well written with likable characters.
